Chapter 27: Kill or be Killed

Kylie POV

I have been here a few weeks at most 3, Tyler and Stella still annoy me but we both still scared of Spike so they don't go near me as much.

Today I was going on a mission, my first mission since I got back and to be honest I was nervous.

I used to never be nervous going on the missions, but ever since finding out the truth I have been cautious.

But today Vincent decided it would be a good idea to send me undercover at a gala to capture a Mob leader from New York.

I immediately agreed knowing this could get me closer to Vincent and closer to my goal.

I know my family and Axel are still trying to find me so I no longer go out only if I'm under disguise. By now my family know my secret so even if they do find me in not sure if it's to save me or kill me.

This mission I have will be with an old friend of mine Shannon she and I worked together back when I was still with the group but last I heard she was in Australia on an undercover mission.

Shannon is Vincent's daughter and Tyler and Stella's half sister, Shannon was the reason that their parents got a divorce because her mother was Vincent's top "agent".

"Kylie!"

I snapped out of my thoughts and looked up.

Vincent was looking at me with a small smile.

We were currently getting ready to get briefed on the mission we were just waiting for Shannon.

"Now where is that girl?" Vincent asked more to himself than anyone.

He spoke to soon when the door slammed open and in came Shannon.

Shannon had blonde hair with blue eyes and from being in Australia now had a accent.

She turned and looked at me and smiled big.

"Kylie!"

She barreled towards me and jumped on me on the chair

"Oof" I groaned out.

We both laughed for a bit then heard someone clear their throat

We looked up and saw Vincent smiling at us.

"Hi Dad" Shannon said smiling.

"Hi pumpkin" he said picking her off the floor and giving her a hug.

Considering the situation we were in it was a bit strange seeing them act like this.

"Okay back to business this is the guy your going to capture this guy: Charles Mancos"
Vincent said pulling away from Shannon.

"Mancos owes me something so for his people to give it we are going to get him, Kylie you will be posing as a billionaire daughter and will be Tyler's date"

I groaned at this I mean come on Tyler I would rather die, but I complied and nodded.

"Shannon you will be Anthony's date and will be making sure Kylie doesn't get caught" Vincent said looking at Shannon.

She nodded and got up to get our supplies, I followed after her.
