The texts read:
Hey r u awake
Can't sleep
I'm outside your house
Get some rest..
I look outside to see him getting in his car. I run outside before he pulls out and he stops
The car. He gets out and pulls my hair behind my ear. "I didn't think you were awake". I look at him waiting for him to tell me why he was here.
"Oh right" he says as he points at me "I thought of you when I couldn't sleep so I came. I roll my eyes playfully. He laughs at my reaction.
After talking some more he decided to leave. I wave at him goodbye as he pulls from the driveway.
The next day I decided to go to jimins house. It was already 1:13. My car broke down so I got it fixed. When I finally got to jimins house I knocked but no one answered the door. I noticed other cars outside. I entered and saw a lot of people with fancy clothes.
I felt shy. When I found mrs.park I asked her where jimin was. She signaled me to come into a room. "I have to explain something to you..I don't know how your reaction will be. I gulped because I was nervous of what she was going to tell me.
"Jimins getting married". I looked at her confused. "With someone" else she continued
My heart sank "w-w-What do you mean" I said trying not to cry. "My company and someone else's company decided to work together.... we both decided that marrying jimin and his daughter would benefit both of our company's". A tear fell down my cheek. I felt anger towards her. "Please don't interfere, you don't benefit jimin in any way...just let him go".
Her words made me cry more. I walked out the room. "Wait" she says. "I can find you another guy if you like" I turn around and look at her. My eyes blurry and my teeth clenched. "Leave me alone" I yelled. The whole house got quiet. As I looked around I spotted jimin with a girl arm wrapped around him. He looks at me. Seeing his eyes made me sad. I force myself to smile at him. I wiped my tears and headed out the door never to be seen there again.
