Beatrice (Honey/Bea) was just tryna hustle, live and go to school. Never one to be in a serious relationship, she finds herself pregnant by Lucas Warren, who ditches Honey to raise her baby alone without any help from him.

"So......we're here on charges of excessive force, false arrests and fabrication of evidence....." The judge looked over the long list of charges. He looked up at both groups on each side of the table.
"Both counselors and myself agree that this case shall be a private one. This is to avoid any favoritism and improper judgements of the jury. So....after each side has questioned each other and give their closing arguments.....Iwill make the judgement and counselors.....your arguments better be convincing." Judge Stevenson looked around the room.

Johnny sat back with Bea next to him, with the ladies behind the guys and Chanel. Luckily Matteo was able to get a private hearing this week.
Judge Stevenson leaned back, looking over the groups. Cases involving any officer and civilians, were always difficult to preside over. Based on the footage he had seen, it was disappointing to see it. Both counselors nodded at him and he started off with the prosecution.
"Counselor Reggio....." He looked at Matteo.

Matteo stood up and cleared his throat. "Your honor, my clients are on a business trip from Philadelphia. Granted they were coming from a club at the time......they were pulled over and situations got out of hand, on the department's hands." Matteo looked at Judge Stevenson, who nodded.
Johnny still remembered the video Ari sent him. There was nothing justified for the stop. He looked at the cops, all sitting with stoic faces. They all gave hard stares to the guys, in which they returned.
"Which one of you are the officers that initiated the stop?" The judge asked. Matteo looked through his papers, until he found the one he was looking for.
"Sgt. Richard Blackshear and officer Tyler Fendly." The judge wrote his notes, he looked up at the other counselor.
"And what was the nature of the stop.....?" Judge Stevenson asked. Johnny looked at Rory McCoy, the cops lawyer. The chief of police, the superintendent and Miami's Mayor were present. All their superiors had to be in the hearing Rory spoke with the Sargent and turned to judge Stevenson.
