-February 24, 2004-
Zack's parents slowly walked into his room. Zack's father; Justin had black hair and green eyes. Zack's mother; Lily was the same, black hair and green eyes. For some reason Zack was the only one with red eyes. "Happy birthday Zachary!"
Zack woke up and grinned at his parents. I father sat on the bed, "How old are you Zachary?" he said in a teasing tone.
"I'm four!" His father smiled and picked him up. After Zack's mother helped Zack get ready for school they all ate waffles together. Zack followed his dad out and looked up; they lived in the city in a sixteen story building, on the fourteenth floor.
"Come on Zachary you don't want to be late for your field trip." Zack's father helped Zack on the car seat and drove to his school.
Zack was smart for his age so he was in first grade. "Bye!" He waved to his mom and dad and got on the bus. He sat in the back by himself; all the other kids where scared of him because he had red eyes, but he didn't care.
Once the reached the fair each chaperone went with ten kids. Zack's chaperone took them to the games first. Zack saw a tent with a big bear by it. He walked towards it reaching for the bear someone grabbed his arm and pulled him in the tent. He tried screaming but before he could his throat was slit.
