What is Frozen Heart?

Frozen Heart is an interactive reader-insert based off of the series Hetalia: Axis Powers (Which was created by Hidekaz Himaruya, credit goes out to him!). It isn't a romance per say, but strongly focuses on the interactions between kidnapper and victim and the risks they both are willing to take for what they want. You want to be a free, and he wants to be in control.

Frozen Heart and its corresponding parts aren't your typical fan-fiction. It isn't amorous or sweet and instead showcases dark themes that includes (but is not limited) kidnapping, murder, suicide, abuse as well as abusive relationships, arranged marriages and Stockholm syndrome. If any of these topics are unappealing or triggering to you, it is best that you do not read this reader-insert as well as its prequel.

So what is After "I Do"?

After "I Do" is the continuation of Frozen Heart following the neutral route available. In After "I Do", you (the reader) will be the main focus with the occasional switch between character point of views- though it is default to be reading this story through your eyes. This story is going to be a sequel of an optional ending following your life after your capture and marriage. It's as simple as that.

So what should you expect?

Drama. Angst. Horror. Everything you experienced in the first book and much more. Frozen Heart was a writing experiment to improve my abilities and get out of my comfort zone, so in After "I Do" I would like to delve even deeper. Delve into the mind of a kidnapper and their victim and the aspects surrounding their arranged marriage.

After "I Do" includes strong language with the possibility of mature themes in later chapters or in planned endings- this will be optional and can be skipped if the thought is discomforting. There is also the chance to get paths where you romance other characters. In Frozen Heart, you were dating America (Alfred)  and had an ending where you either escaped with him, or stayed behind to be wed to Russia (Ivan) with the default ending which led to this- Ivan's route. 

Frozen Heart only contained three endings- an amount I was quite disappointed in. When it comes to After "I Do", I want to change that. I want to exceed the expectations of both myself and the readers by adding the possibility of at least six different routes. These endings will be focused on different characters and themes and- surprise surprise- may contain mature content.  Other endings can most definitely be requested via comment or private message. 

Expect more chapters, more characters, more plot twists, more drama, more romance and most definitely more endings. I hope you enjoy the sequel as much as you enjoyed the first.
