Hogwarts Is where I belong

A normal day

Caitlin/My P.O.V.
My name is Caitlin Scruggs my parents told me about the Hogwarts stuff and how she inherited powers from her ancestors and I have them too, my can turn a flash bright blue when I cry and a flash of red when I'm mad, I have experienced that plenty of times but I don't believe the Hogwarts crap at all. Let's get back to the story.
Mom: "Hey sweety, you know school is gonna be back in soon."
Me: "I know and mom why haven't we gone school supply shopping yeeeeett uuuugh."
Mom: "Because school won't start for you until September 1, and by July you need all your supplies"
Me: "If this is about the Hogwarts stuff mom then it's not tru-" my mom cut me off by saying.
Mom: "It is true, I've been there......how can you not believe me."
Me: "Because momma, you made me believe in the Polar Express and I got up so many times at midnight on Christmas Eve and it never came."
Mom: "Okay that was because.....well I don't know....never mind."
She went in the house looking sad and I felt bad but paid no attention to it and went back to playing with my cousins and had a lot of fun.

Mom's P.O.V.
Look at my baby, she's so Wise, intelligent, creative, clever, and she has knowledge, and I know deep down she knows it's true and I hope she gets it cause she's so smart and beautiful.
Later that night
At dinner time we sat down and ate our delicious food. The food was good.
Me: "KK you excited for when school starts back."

Caitlin's P.O.V.
I know deep down I believe the Hogwarts stuff but I kinda gotta see it to believe it......just kidding, I'll believe anything, I just don't know what to do.
Mom: "KK you excited for when school starts back." When she said that I froze and stopped chewing.
Me: "Um......I....uh..really don't
k-know," I stuttered.
After dinner
I went to bed and dreamed a weird dream......
Dream:
Stranger who looks like a weird skinny Santa Claus: Hi Caitlin, I can't wait to see you at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, I'm Professor Dumbledore and you need to find out about your real pare-" He got cut off by a flash of light and everything went black.
End of Dream
I woke up sweating and crying and realized that the dream seemed so real, I just dozed off back to sleep and had a decently good dream about me having a boyfriend for once.
The next morning
I woke to my parents being Overly excited and happy and today ain't no special day, it's just the day when the mail comes. I just went downstairs and ate breakfast whilst my parents being weird as ever, and as I finished at that very moment the mail came.
Me: "I'LL GET IT!!!" I yelled and I saw a piece of mail with my name on it....
