Brandon shifted in the bed for the 10th time tonight
The chances of you going to sleep were slim to none so you decide to give in and wake up 4 hours earlier than you would like
"For god sakes brandon go to sleep" you said whisper-yelling. Brandon moved once again slowly waking up. "Oh look sleeping beauty is awake" you say rolling your eyes and rolling on you side turning away from brandon. "Baby was i moving in my sleep" Brandon said sitting up. "Yes and now i cant go to sleep, you know we have to be up in 4 hours i want to sleep before this trip" you say sitting up next to him. "this is the third time this week that you've been having this problem you used to be a sound sleeper but then since the accident you've been wiggling in your sleep and i haven gotten 2 seconds of sleep since" you say sighing and yawning from how tired you were.
Brandon never had a problem with sleeping until you had to go to the hospital because you had landed the wrong way when you were doing stunts in cheer and almost dislocated your knee. Brandon hated seeing you in pain and you being in cheer didn't help that fear at all, he was always worried if you were going to come home ok. He almost made you quit cheer because of it. Of course you always changed his mind when he would come into practice after he got done with football practice and saw you practicing how your stunts were almost always on point, how you were always on beat when you practice dances, and how the other girls looked up to you and weren't afraid to ask you to help. plus he couldn't dream of not being able to kiss you after his team wins a game. "I know baby but you know I haven't been able to sleep ever since the accident....... I was scared out of my mind i honestly thought you weren't going to be able to walk" he said scratching the back of his neck and sighing.
"of course i was going to walk again all i did was pull a muscle you see im fine now plus that was just a few days ago im ok brandon seriously" you say placing a hand on his face and gliding your thumb across his cheek. "agh ok i guess ill stop worrying so much" he said smilong and kissing your cheek. "you know i just want the best for you baby girl" he said grabbing you waist and pulling you on to his lap. you smile and lay your head into the crook of his neck slowly feeling sleepy again. "you wanna watch a movie so we can go to sleep" he asked grabbing the remote from the nightstand and turning on the TV. "yes please can we finish watching glee" you said turning so you can face the TV but your back is laying against brandons chest. "night babygirl i love you" brandon said kissing your forehead and wrapping his arms around you and pulling up the covers. "love you to brandon" you say smiling and slowly falling asleep in brandons arms just the way you like it.
the last thing you heard before you feel asleep was
"and i promise no more sleepless nights princess"
