Across The Hall Buddies / Yoonseok

chapter 4

Namjoon wakes up from his alarm at 9am to get ready for the day.

He gets up, takes a shower, and goes to the kitchen to cook some breakfast for Jin and jimin.

On his way to the kitchen he tumbles over his own feet being the clumsy person he is. When he falls he makes a loud thump noise which wakes up both Jin and jimin. Which wasn't a surprise but what they didn't expect was that the noise was so loud that it woke up both hoseok and yoongi in the midst of their slumber.

Now yoongi is not a morning person whats so ever and waking him up that early when his usual wake up time is 2pm was not a good idea. Yoongi now realizing that the noise was too loud for it to be that far away and assumes it came from his next door neighbors house.

Across the hall hoseok is on the phone with Namjoon checking if he is ok after having to deal with him falling and creating a noise almost every week. Hoseok is very much a morning person and he was kind of happy that the sound woke him up because his normal wake up time is 8am but he forgot to set his alarm last night. He was upset that he got an extra hour of sleep but he can't do anything about it now.

Yoongi got pissed that the noise woke him up and decided to give hoseok a piece of his mind. While on his way to hoseok's he can hear a faint yelling sound from the floor but didn't think anything about and aggressively knocked on his door. What he didn't expect was a shirtless hoseok to open the door.

A faint blush crept on yoongi pale skin as he looked at hoseoks abs all the way down to the top of his v line.

Hoseok awkwardly clears his throat .

Yes can I help you

Um uh... Oh yeah why the hell did u make a noise this early in the morning. Yoongi says remembering why he went over in the first place.

It wasn't me maybe you heard my friend fall down in his apartment.

Yoongi looked shocked at how a guy could make that loud of a noise that it woke him up from his apartment UPSTAIRS.

yoongi quickly regrets coming to tell off hoseok because it wasn't even his fault.

Um sorry to bother you I just thought it came from ur apartment.

No problem

He quickly turns around to walk back to his apartment but is caught off guard by hoseoks question.

Hey um do u maybe want to hang out today? Ya know I want to get to know my neighbor more.

I turn back around to answer no because I can't let people into my life right now but find myself hearing the words "sure" Come out of my mouth.

It can clearly show that it surprised both of us .

Oh ok I'll go over at *looks down at his watch* 2ish . Does that sound fine

Yeah that sounds good...see you

He runs into his apartment and slides down his front door.

What did I just agree to get to know him while he gets to know me.

I just let him know the surface of me cause he will never find out about my past at all cost.
