What had made all of this go to crap? They had a perfectly good life, until her mom and dad started fighting. Heck, she was only 12. She didn't understand why her dad had stormed out of the house and left. Her mom, after he stormed out, didn't do the expected: cry her eyes out and such things like 'it was an accident' or 'I'm sorry'. She just stood there and as started to pack. The divorce was terrible, and especially because she had gotten custody. How Maddy had begged and prayed to who knows? That her family was happy again. But they weren't, her mom would get drunk and abuse her. Her stepfather would use Maddy as a maid. So her only days of not getting beat was going to her dads, which was only for 2 days. And when it came time to go back to school she got bullied. The kids would always tell her that it was her fault her parents got divorced and that she should go kill herself. All of her friends betrayed her. She never felt so sad before. Maddy had wished it was like the old times. Where her mom and dad were still together and they would go out on fun family vacations but she knew that was never gonna happen again. One day at school she snapped. She didn't cry this time instead she walked over to the bully and started biting. Everyone went running off screaming "get a teacher!", "ahh there's a phsyco in the school!" After she realized what was going on she got up and ran out of the school as fast as she can. Waiting by a building far enough for the people not to see her but close enough to hear the cops talking and waited for everyone to go home. When it became night time she went home and carefully closed the front door. Thankfully her mom never remembered to lock the door. She went up stairs as quietly as she could and grabbed the bag out of her closet. She felt like this day would come. She crept back downstairs into the kitchen to get a knife for just in case and as she was opening the drawer she felt something touch her shoulder. She turned around to see that it was her mom. She got mad when she saw her mom so she quickly opened the drawer grabbed a big knife a stabbed her mom to death. She felt amazing after that. Wanting to let some more anger out, she walked into the living. Finding her stepfather on the couch. (Of course) his eyes shot open but he wasn't able to scream he couldn't say anything and so he sat there in pain while Maddy stabbed him to his death. They deserved that anyways. After that she walked out of the house making sure there was no one around, she ran as fast as she could to this abandoned house she saw while riding the bus and went inside and made herself at home.

Maddy woke up in the middle of the night feeling uneasy. Like someone was watching her. So she reached over to grab her knife but before she knew it she was tackled to the ground. She started to fight back trying to wiggle her way free but when she saw that wasn't working she bit the guy holding her down as hard as she could on the arm. The guy let go grunting in pain, she knew that was her chance she got up ran over to her stuff picked it up then picked up the knife. When she had looked back to see if the guy was on the ground still, he wasn't he had gotten up and was running full speed at her. Maddy turned back around looking and saw a window she jumped through it, landing on the ground with her hand getting cut by glass, got up and started running towards the woods. She tried running as fast as she could be she was getting really dizzy. Maddy looked back to see the guy was gone so she started to walk. After walking for a while she had found a tiny shed. Luckily it was unlocked she opened it,walked in then closed door. She set down her backpack opened it and got out a match. She had brought a flashlight but didn't want to turn it on and get caught by that guy. She tried to not go to sleep but failed. The next day when Maddy woke up she wasn't in the tiny shed anymore. She was in a basement. She looked down at her hands and legs relieved she wasn't chained up. Getting up and grabbing her backpack. Maddy realized her knife was gone. 'Biting is gonna have to do for now' she thought to herself. Maddy looked around and finally found a door. She goes to open it taking a deep breath hoping that there's nothing on the other side but just her luck a tall slender guy was standing at the door. "Ah I see you have awoken Madison." The tall slender guy said. Maddy gotten scared but tried not to show it. "How do you know my name?" "Where am I?" "What's your name?" "How did you know I was in the shed?" "Do you want to fight me? I know I would win!" She said gulping knowing she would definitely not win. The tall slender guy said "I am Slenderman. Your in the slender mansion. Jack had tracked you down by the scent of the blood on your hand, from the cuts you got." Maddy looks down at her hand to see it has heal already. "Also no I do not want to fight." " I would win anyways." "Anyways Madison, I had one of my proxies -Jack- watch you for me and had him report to me how you were doing. I told him to go get you and bring you back here to me. Finally being able to catch while you were sleeping, he brought you here and now I will train you to fight better and then you can eventually start going on missions for me." "Ok that sounds cool." Said Maddy. Slenderman then showed Maddy around and introduced her to the others. Telling her about them. Maddy was really shy around them and didn't really talk to them. But she eventually started talking to them some and became part of the family.
