That One Rainy Day (Liam Imagine)

After a long day of work, you come home to an empty house. The clouds in the once clear blue sky start to darken as the time went by. Soon, in a blink of an eye, it started to rain viciously. You sighed as you sat down sadly on your not-so comfortable sofa. There was nothing to do in this boring house. Your boyfriend, Liam, was out with the four wonderful boys you've grown to love over the years. Although you love Liam and the guys, you sometime's wish Liam would make more time to be with you, but you understand that Liam does have to go with the guys because of his job. Although you're very understanding, it still makes you sad. 

You kicked your shoes off and tried to think of something fun to do. Usually, on rainy day's like these, you would snuggle up with Liam under a blanket and watch some Chick Flick or Disney movie. But today, there was no Liam around. He was out. You took out your phone when you suddenly hear it buzzing. 

"Hello?" You asked picking up the iPhone you own.

"Hi (y/n). It's raining so hard over here." Liam gushed to you.

"It's raining by you too?" You asked surprised since Liam is in a different part of the country.

"Yeah. How bad is it raining for you over there?" He asks. You, unsure of how bad, walk up to the window that is right next to the door. You look at the rain and spot a figure outside. You blink a few times and soon notice it's Liam right outside your door. You squeal and open the door for him, hanging up your phone. 

Liam walks into the house, taking off his drenched shoes. He smiles at you as you wrap your arms around his neck and hug him close to you. 

"You were supposed to be with the boys today!" You exclaimed. 

"Well, we got off early yesterday, so I thought to surprise you." He chuckled. 

"Thank you so much! It was getting really lonely here, being that I haven't seen you in a month." 

"Than you're going to love this news. (y/n), since management is working on the music we sent them, we got off for a few weeks. We're off for two months! That means more you and me time!" Liam poked your shoulder and you smiled brightly.

"Really!?" You exclaimed excitedly, turning back into a young child who would be so excited to get a piece of candy.

"Yes!"

"Oh my gosh, yay! I've had things planned for months now! We can do so many cute things together!" 

"Well, calm down for now, baby girl. Lets go watch a movie or two for now, okay? I know you love watching movies on rainy days like today." Liam smiled brightly at you. You couldn't help but blush and nod your head yes. 

You two headed over to the self with movies, upon movies, upon movies. Liam picked out the two movies he would like for you guys to watch today: The Princess and the Frog as well as Tangled. You smiled brightly and jumped up and down with glee. You really did feel like that smaller child all over again. It made you feel happy inside watching cute movies and laughing at the stupidest things. 

Liam led you over to the couch, holding your hand. You took a seat down as he popped in the first movie. Once he finished and pressed play, he waltzed on over to the couch and sat down next to you. He entangled his arms around you as you laid your head on his chest. You heard his heart beat slowly and calmly and you slowly began to close your eyes. Liam's hand rubbed your hair, making you fall into an even more relaxed state of mind. You smiled and let yourself drift off to sleep, feeling completely and utterly safe in the arms of your boyfriend. <3

Hi, Ren here. I know this is a short imagine but I thought I'd make one since I got this really cute idea based on what me and my current boyfriend do. Every morning, when I see him, we sit at the tables in school and I rest my head on his chest. He pets my hair and I literally feel so safe in his arms. So I thought to make a sweet imagine like this.
