Abba, Abba, tell me about the Forest!
The Forest is a wonderful, fantastical place.
Within it are more trees than stars in the sky.
All of the rivers in the world flow from the Forest.
Without it, we could not live. The Forest gives us wood to build homes at day,
So we can live protected from the Desert.
The Forest gives us lanna to shine at night,
So we will not be in the dark.Venture into the Forest and you will see beauty,
For the trees give life to the world.
One can see small beings and alive things as well,
And they will dance around you in the air.But do not go on to where the light changes,
Where the day becomes dark and the night is lit up.
Those who cross that line do never return,
And we do not see them after that. The Rivers that come from the Forest are good.
They break the Desert and make land to live on.
Their water is sweet and filled with lanna at night
They satisfy all of our needs.Sometimes, strange things come out of the Forest,
Where the day becomes dark and the night is lit up.
People that look very different from us,
People that make strange noises from their mouths.Respect the Forest, and the rivers, its children.
Without them, we could not live.
One day I hope we can see the Forest.
And see for ourselves the wonders within it.
