All 7 were fond of eachother.
All 7 lived together, always together, always so close, but never close enough.
Never could they be as close as they wanted to.
Never could they really be together. And Luxuria knew this the best.
He knew this fact, it was ingraved at the back of his head.
It was always there, in the back, ready to push any other thoughts about any other posibilities, away.He knew he couldn't have that one thing he wanted the most.
Never experienced it really, but missing it the most.
And honestly it made him more pissed every day. What was the point of being able to say that you are imortal, but not be able to live the way you want.
What was the point of being able to say that you can have everything and anything, that is, with the exeption of one thing. It kind of ruined the whole "everything and anything" thing, that one little thing, that one thing that should be irrelevant in their world.
In his world.
Yet it was what he longed for the most.
Love.
Or better said Agape.
The first time he heard about it was a simple coincidense.
He heard some mortals talk about it.That would usualy be insignificant, becouse why would he be interested in something that mortals found a worthy topic to talk about.
They were mortals for God's sake.
But the way they talked about it.
That was what intrigued the sin.
They talked about this so called "Agape", like it was a religion.
Like it was the source of life itself.
Something so rare and beautiful, that even those who felt it once, rarely felt it forever.
And even though Luxuria was imortal, he wanted to know what it was.The word itself so beautifuly smooth on the tongue when spoken, no matter in what language.
Therefor the meaning of the word would only be much more, not only beautiful, but meaningful. And from interest came knowledge.
He came to know about Agape, not from self experience but from reading and hearing.
Agape; the type of love that is the epitome of selfsacrification, and is so perfect that it is rarely seen among humans. More often seen in the relationship between God and a human. It sounded too angelic for Luxuria. She much prefered Eros, Philautia or Mania.
Yet something about Agape intrigued Luxuria, even if it seemed so... Untastful to him.
And so he kept expanding his knowladge and gettong to know Agape and its history.
And at the of the day, honestly, the whole thing pissed him off.
Becouse every now and then he would hear the same damn scentence.
"Agape can not be explained, but only felt".
And that made his blood boil, for he knew that all the knowledge he had about "Agape", was equal to nothing when he didn't know what it really was. Becouse he never felt it.
Or he thinks he never did... How the hell would he know, he doesn't know what it really is.And this is always where his quest ends.
Confusion.
So much of it that it gives him migranes.Well, atleast he was a step closer now.
Becouse he knew, or better said, heard that "Agape" is not easy to find. And out of all of places in his world, he thought that the last place he would find it, was where he wanted to find it the most.
And that place would be among the 7 of them.
