Personality
She is the main antagonist in the second season. Charlotte is friendly at first but turns out to be very selfish, controlling, and gets paranoid very easily and becomes jealous of Cleo.
Appearance
Her hair is mid-length and dark red in color. Charlotte is medium weight and tall in height. She has a rounder face structure but has a clear skin complexion with no blemishes. Charlotte also wear Cleo's locket in the final two episodes of the season.
Mermaid
She used to be able to turn into a mermaid by the touch of water like the three of the girls,and also had all three of their powers. But was stripped of her tail and powers when the girls dropped her in the moon pool.
Trivia.
Charlotte is afraid of dolphins.
Charlotte likes to paint and cook.
She believed that Gracie's locket was supposed to be hers,but she (indirectly) gave it back to Cleo in the end.
Charlotte also believed herself to be a "super mermaid" because she had three powers.
When Charlotte used her powers she mostly used an open palm.
Charlotte is similar to Rebecca from Zoey 101. They both attempt to get in between a couple and shortly date the boy then attempt to get revenge on the girl after being dumped.
