《♡ Chapter 15 ♡》

"Guys, did you hear about the new trainee today?" Taehyun asked.

"Yeah. She should be getting here around now. Let's go say hi!" Beomgyu said. Y/N smiled. There weren't any other female idols in BigHit except for her, and she was excited to make a new friend that she could talk about girl stuff with.

The guys and Y/N waited at the front of the company's doors. A blonde girl with black clothing approuched them with a suitcase and a guitar.

"Hey, I'm Yoo Minha. It's nice to meet you all!" she smiled widely and looked over to Kai.

"It's nice to meet you too Minha! You look so pretty." Y/N complimented. Minha side-eyed Y/N up and down.

"Mhm... thanks." she said. Minha turned her attention back to the guys.

"Kai sunbaenim! I've been a huge fan of you since you debuted." she smiled sweetly and bowed. Kai smiled back.

"Thanks, Minha." he said.

"Can you guys show me around? I've only been to the office and the dance room for auditions." she asked. Namjoon nodded, but looked at her cautiously.

"Yeah... Let's go." Namjoon said and walked inside. He held the door open for Y/N. Y/N went to Minha's side.

"Where are you from? I'm from Jinju. What about you?" She asked.

"You came from a shigol town? Wow..." Minha said and scoffed. Y/N looked down, a bit sad. Yoongi looked over, sensing the vibe was off.

(A/N: Shigol's are like a rural/less advanced part of Korea.)

"Y/N, lets go get drinks at the vending machine." Yoongi said. Y/N nodded and followed him away from the crowd.

Y/N followed behind him until they got to the vending machine and he turned around.

"Are you going to keep letting Minha trample all over you and flirt with your boyfriend?" Yoongi asked. Y/N looked down at her shoes.

"Maybe she's just nervous... I don't want to judge her from the beginning." Y/N said. Yoongi rolled his eyes and put in the coins for the vending machine. He pressed the lit up buttons and waited for the drinks to come down.

"How can you be so oblivious? She likes Kai, and she's jealous of you. I'm a guy and even I know that." Yoongi handed over the cold grape juice to her.

"She's not... I have to go practice now. Thanks for the drink, I'll see you later..." she said quickly to avoid the topic and left.

3 hours later....

Y/N slept on the yoga mat with Kai's sweater draped over her in the practice room. She yawned and opened one eye before reaching over to the water bottle right next to her and opened it.

"That's weird... I never opened this before." she said and frowned at the loose cap. Y/N shrugged and took a drink of it, only to spit it out and cough.

"Salt? What the hell?" she wiped the water off of her chin and coughed again.

Y/N looked around the room for any signs that someone was there.

Y/N walked back down the halls to go to her managers car so she could head back home.

"Minha!" Y/N said and waved to the new trainee. Minha nodded and looked back down at her phone.

"I don't get why an untalented idol can be in the mansion and leech off of the guys..." she mumbled under her breath. Y/N stopped and grabbed Minha by the arm.

"Ugh, let me go!" Minha said.

"What did you say?" Y/N asked, staring at Minha in the eyes.

"Oh, I wasn't directing it at you. Did it hit a soft spot?" Minha smirked. Y/N let her go and glared at her.

"Bye, unnie!" Minha waved with a cocky smile on her face. Y/N sighed. She wasn't able to do much. Even if she told the CEO, it wasn't enough of a reason to fire her.

"Just hold it in..." she whispered to herself and kept walking.

2 weeks later...

Minha leaned against the wall while looking at Jimin practicing a dance he had choreographed to help TXT improve on their contemporary dances.

"Oppa." Minha said and got off the wall and approuched Jimin.

"Yeah?" he turned around and faced her.

"I was talking to Y/N and she said something about you." Minha said. Jimin's ears perked up and his eyes got wider.

"She told me that she's only dating Kai because you wouldn't ask you out. And that Kai is her second favorite." Minha said. Jimin stood there, shocked.

"No way... She wouldn't like me. She acts colder to me than she does to Kai." Jimin said and drank from his water bottle. Minha crossed her arms.

"It's true! She was just playing hard to get. Look at this photo where she's looking at you." she said and pulled her phone out. Minha went to her photo gallery and pressed on a photo where Minha stared at Jimin with wide eyes at one of the concerts.

"I think you should go find her and ask her now. She said that she'll give up on you today." Minha said.

"Really? O-Okay. I'll go to her right now." Jimin said and put his bottle on the floor. He ran out of the practice room. Minha's face turned into a smile as she went through her contacts and pressed on Kai's number. He picked up.

"Kai? I have something to show you." Minha said.

Minha waited for Kai at the recording studio while sitting on a chair. Kai came inside.

"What was it that you had to show me?" Kai asked and sat next to her..

"Kai, I'm really sorry, but Y/N... She's cheating on you." Minha said with a sad face. Kai frowned.

"Minha, I know you don't like Y/N, but isn't this a little much?" Kai said and crossed his arms. Minha raised her phone up, showing a photo of Jimin and Y/N together. Y/N was pinned against the wall, Jimin's arms wrapped around her.

"N-No way..." Kai said and took the phone. He zoomed in on the photo.

"I'm sorry, Kai..." Minha said and hugged him. Kai sobbed and covered his face to stop the tears from spilling everywhere.

"You deserve better than her anyways." Minha whispered into his ear and pat his back.

Y/N waited for Kai in the living room of the mansion. Kai never responded to her messages, and his room was locked.

"Kai! I have to tell you-"

"I'm breaking up with you." Kai said coldly.

"W-What?" Y/N said, unsure wether she heard him right.

"Let's break up." Kai said and turned around. Y/N grabbed his arm.

"W-Why so suddenly? Did I do anything?" she asked, her voice shaking and tears at the edge of her eyes threatening to fall down.

"You know what you did." Kai said and pushed Y/N off without even looking at her.

"K-Kai..." she said and reached out towards him with only one thing on her mind.

Why?
