After seconds of simply lying there without any trace of motion, a young woman slowly opened her eyes. A pair of hazel irises was full of life once again. The lack of consciousness felt like eternity before she woke up. A blackish-blue sky with many white stars almost bewitched her, but a hoarse gasp burst from her lungs and between her jaws and lips as she steadily sat up, feeling some softness on her palms and soles. The very second thing she noticed after waking up was a large unguarded gate of pure silver. With hesitation and astonishment, she turned her head both ways. She could not believe it, but she could tell that she has ended up in a whole new place by the little hills of grey cloud. Every piece of cloud would manage to fully support the weight of someone her size.

She then had a feeling that her thick dark brown locks were a little untamed, so she thought of an alternative to a claw hair clip. Questioning logic, she took a large pinch of cloud and gently rolled it into a thick strip. After sticking the ends of the strips together, she was quite impressed with how she can fuse some cloud into the shape of a hair bobble. After placing it on her thigh, she swept parts of her hair back, held them into position with one hand and proceeded to secure them into place by wrapping the new bobble around a half ponytail. Since she did not have a compact mirror with her, she hoped that she did her casual half-up, half-down hairstyle well, just in case there was another lost soul lurking around. Speaking of lost souls, the young lady stood up and approached the gate, curious to find out if she was alone or not.

In a dark grey tank top and navy blue fabric shorts that match the atmosphere and aesthetics of the new place, the young lady calmly crept through the gate. Her chest toughened and her eyes tingled from the urge to cry once again, so she brought her trembling hands to the space between her breasts. She thought that ending up in a mysterious new place was the only way out of every hardship. As well as how she felt as if she could barely progress as a person, she had a feeling about what the new place could truly be. All the people seemed to care about was a political move that caused so much separation and a huge lack of care for other issues. Nevertheless, the young lady was quite happy to finally to free from the terrible conditions of her home country, along with the prejudice and misunderstanding towards those within her own kind. After all, she never meant any harm or mishaps. She adored the sight of the starry sky, looking around once again. Furthermore, the urge to cry vanished as she lowered her arms and looked straight ahead. Enough was enough.

Suddenly, she spotted a man juggling three turquoise balls and merrily humming a tune. He had a patch of dark brown hair on top of his head and below a halo that consisted of an easing shade of orange. His attire consisted of a plain white T-shirt and a pair of jet black jeans. His humming sounded rather soothing, even though it was heard from a short distance by the woman. He then noticed that she was quite amazed at his juggling ability and decided to carry on passing each ball around, turning slightly to the left.

"Ah, hi there." the man greeted her in a manly, yet calming voice. The woman approached him, sure to maintain some composure in order to prepare for being polite. Physically, he appeared to be old enough to be a big brother figure. Or better yet, an inspirational mentor as someone to be like. He looked fairly youthful with elegant facial features and a toned figure. "What's your name, young lass?" The woman smiled at the man's smile and answered,

"My name is Laura." The stars above are more glistening than the glitter on the three buttons on Laura's top. The man then stopped juggling and bent down to gather the balls all together on the cloud. He stood tall again.

"And my name is Leon Starlight. But you can just call me Leon if you'd like."

"Can you please tell me where I am exactly, Leon?" Laura asked. "Because I think I know what they call it."
