Forever and Always

"I think we should have the wedding here," I said to Niall, pointing at the laptop screen. 

"It's beautiful, let's start makingg reservations," Niall said. 

I wrote down the information and added it to the folder with the rest of the wedding information. 

"Do you think we're too young, I mean we're only 19..." 

"The legal marriage age in Ireland is 18, I think we're fine."

"Yes, but...we've only been together 2 years, maybe we're moving too fast. I think we should wait until we're atleast 20, when we're no longer teenagers."

"Lindsey why are you thinking like this?" Niall asked, sitting next to me, worry on his face. "Do you not want to get married?"

"Of course I do! Just not in 6 months..."

"We've been planning for weeks, all those nights, staying up late, was it for nothing?" 

"No, Niall please..listen, let's just wait until we're about 20 or 21 then we can really get married, we're only teenagers!" 

"I love you, I know I do, we won't regret it!" Niall started raising his voice. 

I stood up and stood behind him, draping my arms around his neck and presssing my chin on the top of his head. "I love you too," I whispered. "But if you really loved me, you would be able to wait a couple more years."

He sighed, leaning into me. "Fine." And got up and went into our room.
