No Happy Endings

Lunas  POV

I grabbed my sneakers and ran down the stairs , I slipped them on as we went out the door.

I hadn't been out to eat since I was five and I hadn't eaten a big meal since then either.
I was scared...

We finally arrived at Texas Roadhouse, we walked in and a kid from my school was the  waiter.
I just looked down at my feet because I didn't want him to realise who I was.

" Luna?" He asked

" Nope my name's Greg" I said trying not to look at him

" Haha very funny, what would you like to eat ?" He asked

I looked at his name tag and saw it said Greg.

" Umm I'll have a water " my face turned red , realising what I'd said

He asked everyone else , before he left to get are drinks.

" He seems nice , why'd you pick on him?" My aunt asked

" I didn't mean to I just didn't want him to know it was me so I said a fake name and then I saw his name tag" I said and turned as red as a tomato

" Haha , are you enjoying this though, I know that ...." My aunt asked

" Umm yeah I'm fine" I said quitely

" Alrighty here's your drinks " he said as he gave us our drinks

Then my aunt looked at me , like you should apologize , that parent look .

" I'm sorry , I didn't realize your name was Greg " I apologized

" Nah your fine , I think your cool" Greg said

I turned even redder " umm nah I'm just your average ugly teen" I said

" Nope your adorable and a fighter " Greg said smiling

We ate and I couldn't eat much because my stomach wasn't use to it yet , but it was amazing. Then we left.

" Hey , Luna " aunt said

" Yeah" I said

" That boy left his number on the receipt" my aunt said smirking

She handed me the reciept and I thought Ill just ignore him . I got home and went to bed tired and full for once.

I woke up to the alarm and my aunt lived close to my old home so I didn't change schools.

I got dressed in my usual hoodie and jeans , and went to wake up my aunt.

" Aunt, jesabelle I need to go to school" I said as I shook her a bit

"Ok " my aunt said and sat up.

" Ready when you are" I said

" Oh sweety, you gotta change into something new,  I'm not allowing you too wear that all year." My aunt said

" Ugh ,do I have to" I asked kinda annoyed

" Yes, stay here I'll be right back" my aunt said

As I waited I looked down at my bruises and they were starting to heal a little bit. Then she came in the room, with one outfit in hand.

" Let's get u ready" my aunt said

One hour later....

" all done" she said smiling

She drove me to school and dropped me off , as I was walking too the building I heard everyone whispering " who is she?"

I looked completely different
I had red lipstick , eyeliner , mascara, brown eyeshadow to make my eyes shine, my hair that was down to my knees was curled and put up in a high pony tail, my outfit was a tank top, with a jean jacket that said love , then skinny jeans and black hills , with a brand new  backpack that had a fox on it
I felt weird..

" Hi are you new , you can be in my squad if you want" said the popular girl

" Haha , hell no , I'm Luna dum ass" I said that and jaws dropped

" Hey ..Luna?, New look ?" Greg asked

" Um yeah , my aunt made me , she got tired of me wearing the same thing , I guess" I said , that and my heart started to race as I talked to him.

" Eh , as long as u stay u "Greg said , then he ran off

I went to class and teachers almost marked me absent every class , everyone tried to sit  with me at lunch , but I went and sat with greg and his friends , he was the hottest boy in school. But I didn't care

When I got picked up , it was weird , I wasn't use to being at school all day.
I felt like I didn't deserve any of this.

" Hey , how was school?" My aunt said happily

" I don't deserve this" I started to cry

" Sweetheart , you deserve the world" my aunt said

" No I don't "I cried

" Well you have your first day of  therapy today, so you can talk to her, but I promise you that you deserve alot more then you think" she said before she gave me a kiss on the forehead.

I went to therapy and I don't know why but I just spilled out everything to my new therapist.

Once that was over , I felt as if someone had took off a ton of bricks from my shoulders.

As I was walking outside to the car , penny ran up to me and hugged me as tight as she could.

" How was your day Luna ? You look weird by the way" penny said

" Haha  I do look weird , and my day was crazy, but it was good " I said sweetly

" That's great , my day was fabulous by the way, and we are building a unicorn out of paper in my new class and they said we're gonna call it rainbow , I'm soooooo exited" penny said exited

" That sounds like fun "  I said happily

we walked to the car and got in ,then I helped my aunt make spaghetti for dinner, and it was amazing. As I went to sleep , I thought maybe this is real and I'll finally get a happy ending.
I thought .....

The next day I went to school , dressed up again, and then

" Will you go out with me?" Greg asked

" Ahh no I don't wanna date right now , sorry" I said shyly

" Really, and too think I thought you cahnged , you lil bitch , go fuck yourself" Greg said

What?? I thought what did I do I just said No

" Hey I'm talking to you" Greg said

And here life is proving me wrong again. That's when someone walked in between us.

" Really....
