Jai's plane arrived at midnight from Los Angeles, Luke picked decided to pick him up while Beau and myself decided it would be best to stay at home to stop any of the boys fans mobbing. Jai and I were sitting on the couch while Luke watch our children

"Laura" Jai said diverting my attention toward him

"Hmm Jai" I responded to lazy to use proper words

"Is there anywhere we can go and hang out?" Jai asked

"I don't have time to hang out, if you haven't noticed I have three young children, a job and a house to maintain I'm sorry" I replied

"Yeah of course, that's fine it would've just been nice" Jai shrugged seeming unaffected 

"It would, why don't you go with Char and Alex later?" I suggested

"Because it would be awkward, I can't just hang out with Char and her fiance" He replied 

"You've never cared about others accepting you before so don't let it affect you now" I said

"True true" Jai said

"Does it maybe have to do with the fact that you're Charlotte's ex?" I asked as Charlotte walked in

"What about Charlotte?" She asked

"Nothing just talking about you not to you" I replied

"CHARLOTTE!" Madeline screamed as she ran up and hugged her

"Hello darling" Charlotte replied as she kissed her cheek

"Can you" Madeline said

"Madels what darling?" Charlotte asked

"Where's Alex?" Madeline asked

"I dropped him off at home so he could get ready for work" Charlotte replied

"Did you find the rings?" I asked

"Sure did, I can't believe it's only two weeks away" Charlotte responded

"I'm the flower girl" Madeline said

"Yes darling you are" Charlotte said as she put Madeline down and Logan came running in

"Uncle Jai" Logan said

"Yeah Logie" Jai said

"Dad said that you and Aunty Charlotte and Mummy went to school together" Logan said

"Yeah mate we all did go together" Jai said

"Luke said that.." Logan began

"No Hun you can't call him that you call him Daddy" I said

"Dads said that giraffes are orange" Logan said

"Yes darling that's lovely" Charlotte said

"I want a drink" Logan said

"What's the magic word darling?" I asked

"Please may have a drink mummy" Logan said as I got up from the couch and made my way to the kitchen before pouring a glass of apple and pear juice

"How's everyone at home?" Jenna asked as I cleaned a table

"Alright it's weird having all the boys around and that includes Luke" I replied

"Everything okay between you?" Jenna enquired

"Yeah he's great, the twins and Bambi are happy with him being around and I've missed him a lot" I replied

"Does he know you quit the childcare course yet?" Jenna asked

"Nope but I will soon, when I announce the other stuff" I responded

"Imagine if you get in" Jenna said

"I know, everything might actually be coming together" I said

"Congratulations Laura" Jenna said

"Thanks now let's actually work before we get told off again" I said as I taken a tray of dirty dishes into the backroom for Leo to wash

"When'd you get here?" Leo asked

"Three hours ago dopey" I replied

"Laura table six is ready to order" Jenna said as I put the tray down and walked back out fixing my apron

"Mummy" Madeline said as she sat on Luke's lap with Beau and Jai adjacent, Bambi in his pram and Logan sitting on the floor playing with his toy fire truck

"Hello darling" I said

"How's work?" Luke asked kissing my cheek

"Alright, I only have another hour and it's home time" I said

"What can I get you today?" Jenna asked Luke as I looked up to see our manager Halley observing the cafe

"Two plates of nachos, three cokes and two chocolate milkshakes" Luke replied

"Alright it shouldn't be too long" I said as Jenna and me both walked off to the kitchen

"Holy shit we are both going to lose our jobs soon" Jenna said laughing

"That's not funny Jen and if you haven't noticed I have all them people to look after so the little money I get from this job gets used" I said

"Laura what's the order?" Jason asked

"Two nachos, three cokes and two chocolate milkshakes" I replied

"Cool" Jason said as he quickly prepared the meals and drinks before handing Jenna the plates and me the drinks

"Hope you enjoy" Jenna said as we handed over the items before cleaning another table

"Laura I love you" Luke whispered in my ear, kissing my cheek as he caressed me in his arms whilst we were laying in bed

"I love you too Luke" I said pulling his arms tighter around me and slowly nodding off to sleep
