"You were making out with her!" Kim came into the house screaming."Out all people,you chose her" she turned around to face Shawn. "So what? Now you care?You didn't seem to mind the cheating when you were with Charlie" Shawn shrugged. "I was dropping his keyboard back at his house!Nothing happned!" she rubbed her forehead. "God,Stop screaming.You sound like a banshee." Shawn threw the lamp that was near him at her.Kim squealed but ducked "No!No more of this! I am done.Done of the lies and donw with the pain!" Kim cried out. She twisted the wedding ring off her ring finger and threw it at the boy. "This marriage is done,I'll collect my things in the moring" she grabbed her keys and ran out to her truck,starting it and driving away quickly fearing that Shawn was close. She stopped at a gas station and called the only person she could think of, Charlie. "Hello?" he picked up "Charlie, he cheated on me again and threw a lamp at me" she sobbed letting all the emotions out. "What?Where are you?" he asked. "Im at a gas station, five minutes away from you" "I'll be there,don't move". Charlie soon came and I told him everything happened. "Wow, he is an asshole.I'm going to kill him" Charlie was going for the door to get ou of Kim's truck."No,it will just get worse.Please do not do anything char." she grabbed him by the arm. "Kim,I refuse to let him get away with something like that." he looked back at her sadly. "Just- please char" she whispers softly,Charlie nodded and leaned in "I'll traet you btter you know?" he whispers looking at her before kissing her

Present

It had been three years after Kim left Shawn for good,she is now married to Charlie and is expecting their first child soon. "Char,this dinner is amazing" she pointed out to the dish in front of her. "Thank you my love" Char rose his wine glass before sipping. Kim was about to put a fork full of the dish but the door knocked. "I'll get it." Charlie smiled wiping his mouth.He stood up and opened the door, "KIMBERLY? LOVE WHERE ARE YOU?" a voice all to familar called out. Kim's heart stopped ."GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY WAY PUTH,I'M HERE FOR KIM" Charlie pushed Shawn back. Kim gets up from her seat quickly and looks over Charlie's shoulder. Shawn was at the door and clearly drunk. "Baby, I've changed! I took anger management classes and the restraining order you put on me expired! I'm here and I love you" he held up the ring she thrown at him long ago. "Shawn... no I'm with Charlie...." she whispers. Charlie looked at Kim with a confused expression. Why wasn't she afraid. "Baby... please" Shawn got closer. Charlie slammed the door and locked it "I'm calling the cops" he yelled. He walked past Kim angrily. "Baby...." "are you going back to him." He sat down. "What no, I love you not him" she sits next to him. "Yeah but he says he's changed" he rubbed his head. "That doesn't matter... I'll just put another restraining order on him. I know Shawn. He could never change." She grabbed Charlie's chin to face her. "Really?" He whispers "really" she replies back. They leaned in to kiss but Kim felt liquid going down her dress. "Charlie...." "yeah?" "The Baby is coming"
