I laughed loudly as my friend, Ben made another dumb joke and then showed me a meme.

It's was so stupid but I couldn't help but laugh

My older sister, Julia then burst into my room a scowl on her face.

"Could you guys shut?!"She says angrily

My phone was interrupted by my phone ringing
I read the caller ID it was my girlfriend
Stacy.

Stacy tend to be really really clingy always calling me always around always touching me in some sort of way
"It's her again isn't it, bro, "Ben asked as he looked at me I gave him a nod.

"Dude! She won't ever give you any space if you're uncomfortable just break up with her" he says

"I can't do that! I really like her but I didn't know she'd be this clingy.."I mumble the last part but I answer the phone before it's able to decline cause if don't accept it she'll keep calling and give me talking about how she just wants to know if I'm safe and blah blah blah

"Hey Stacy"

"Hi, honey! I just wanted to know if I could come over today and it just is the two of us?" She said in a happy tone

"Oh..um Ben is over how 'bout tomorrow? I'll even take you to that special restaurant you like so much for dinner?"I tell her

"Ugh, he's always with you! We never have any time alone away from him what if you tell him to go home so you can just hang out with your girlfriend!" she yelled into the phone I'm pretty sure Ben heard

"Babe...I can't do that he's my best friend and I do love you but I can't do that.." I say calmly knowing she'd just get even more mad if I yelled back and it just was pretty childish.

"Why are you always doing this?! Putting everyone and everything else before me your damn girlfriend!" she yelled but I could still hear the sadness in her voice and could tell that she had started to cry

"Baby..look I honestly truly love you but...I can't keep doing this..we can't keep doing this" I said calmly. It's not like I wanna break up with her she's just so..much

"W-What do you mean..?" she asked her voice cracking as I could tell she was already crying

"You..you know what I mean...this relationship isn't the best for both of us...I don't have enough time for you...and-"

"Honey no! We can make this work, please! Please don't do this to me I love you, you love me we're  meant for each other!"She sobbed

"Stacy we-we can't maybe in the future but yes I do love you and I will for a while but...this isn't a healthy relationship.I'm sorry," I said calmly and then hanging up I looked over at Ben who seemed to have no expression on his face.

"Dude..?"I wave my hand in front of his face and he takes it

"Y/n.."

"Yes..?"I give him a confused expression
He gave a look like he was thinking about something before he just shook his head.
"Actually never mind it's not that important.."He spoke looking the other way

"HEY BEN YOUR MOM IS HERE!"My sister yelled annoyed

Ben quickly got up of my bed and gave a look of concern before leaving.
