Julia's pov
"Y'know you're a real bitch and sooner or later the police are gonna find me"I say weakly as  I sit on the cold ground the bars was the only thing separating me from her.

I was beaten and bruised. But I won't give up I'll make my way out of here for my brother.

"Would you just shut the fuck up!ugh I keep you alive and all you do is talk! I'm really thinking about killing you!"She said angrily stomping around

"Y'know your whole plan to keep my brother to yourself isn't gonna work at all! You mind as well just give up"I said struggling to stand up a bit holding onto the old rusty bars

"It will work I know that for sure!"she exclaimed she paced around holding a knife in her hand
"How are you so sure? You do know that eventually when I get out of this place  I will tell y/n about how fucking crazy you are!"I said watching her as she continued to pace.

"Oh you actually think that would work? You have no idea what I look like.Just that I have dark hair.
So much evidence right?"She said laughing at the end of her sentence.

"Y'know i could be anyone I don't even have to know him."She said she stopped pacing and walked towards the cell just a few feet in front of it.

"would you like to hear about how I fell in love with y/n?"She asked though it didn't really seem like i had a choice to listen to the dreadful story.
"I'd rather n-" She cuts me
"Excellent! So let's begin starting from 2 years ago"She said she smiled brightly.
"Um you've been stalking my brother two years?!"I yell in surprise
"Well technically three our anniversary is next month!"She said excitedly
"But whatever let's get on the story! Oh if you don't listen to it I will just kill you"She said calmly

!!!Flashback!!!
A's pov
"I hate you David I never want to see you again!"I yell at my now ex boyfriend as I storm away from his house.
I can him shout my name as well as the sound of his footsteps running behind me.

"*** come on! Don't do this."He says as he grabs my arm to pull me back to face him.

I scoff, "You cheated on me! With my own friend at that."I retort to him as he stands there just speechless.

He sighs running his fingers through his blond hair, " I know okay? I fucked up but I was drunk and she meant nothing to me."He says softly taking my hands into his.

"I love you ********, I want to be with you forever."He speaks almost apologetically the softness in his eyes makes my heart clench.

I hesitate for a second before pushing him away from me.
"I deserve better than to be cheated on and have such disloyal friends."I say to him quickly making my way down to the park that was once my comfort place.

This time as I'm walking away he doesn't chase me nor call my name. Maybe if he had I would've taken him back...

As I arrive at the park there's kids playing running around, parents watching their kids and the occasional person with a dog.

Instead of going that way though I make my way to the trail. The trail always lead to beautiful waterfall which was pretty secluded. Also a place not many people knew about or cared enough to walk the trail.

Walking the trail helped me clear my thoughts.
Was I not good enough for him?
Was I the reason he cheated?
Maybe I was overly clingy and annoying? Possessive maybe?

It's not long before I arrive at the waterfall. There ducks in the pond that's not too far from the waterfall. The birds in the trees that surround the spot near the waterfall chirp.

I take a seat on the bench that's a few feet away from the waterfall. Just enough so you could really see the landscape of the waterfall, how there are wild flowers that grow near the edge of where the water stops and the grassy dirt starts.

I take a deep breath in and let it out, content.

A fresh breat-

"Hey."A voice startled me causing me to almost jump off the bench.
I look towards said person and I'm frozen in place as I see the most handsome guy I've ever seen in my life.

"Hi.. hi I mean hey! Wait I mean hi."I stutter over my words, I can feel my face heat up from embarrassment.

He lets out a small chuckle before sitting by me.

"I didn't know anyone else actually came over here."He says glancing from me to the waterfall.

"Yeah uh same."I'm unable to lift my head up as the whole reason why I'm even here comes back down. I stare at the grassy ground.

"Why are you here? I usually come here to just think y'know. Just to get away and collect my thoughts."He rambles a bit but it's cute he seems so charming even though he's not exactly trying to be.

"Oh well I um I got cheated on by my boyfriend who slept with my friend. I came here to collect my thoughts too." I say looking up at him to see him looking at me.

His e/c eyes are filled with sincerity and seriousness.

I feel my heart skip a bit at his gaze.

Is this what love at first sight feels like? I've never felt this way about David or anyone at that.

"He's dumb to do that and your friend is a dick for doing that as well. You're a pretty girl and you seem nice. You don't deserve that, I'm sure they're both crying about how much of a good person they both lost."He says as his hand lands on gently on my shoulder in a reassuring way.
The warmth of his hand puts a small smile on my face.

"Thank you..."I say looking at him

"My names Y/n by the way, I've got to go but I hope we can meet again." He says before up and leaving.

Though the entire interaction was probably ten- fifteen minutes at most it somehow simultaneously felt like hours and seconds.

That's when I knew I met the love of my life.

And I couldn't just let him go again.

Back to present
Julia's pov
"So since that happened you think you and my brother are meant to be"I asked skeptical
"Yes? Didn't I say it was love at first sight?"She said she gave me a look that basically said"Are you dumb?"

"Well I've got to go!"she said skipping away locking the big iron door as she left

She's weird as hell
How can she just go from
'Kill kill die die!' To
'Oh so innocent bunnies peace on earth'
Whatever!
I will escape
And I will protect my brother from this crazy bitch!
