My Pokemon Game (Tag)

Intro and explanation

So theres been a bit of a good Tag recently, started by Lynx Cable, a recent PokéTuber, and done by other more famous as well. So I decided to make a shot at it.
Here are the rules.

So here we go.
Pokemon North and South
region: Western Unova

Professor: Professor Sequoia
study's pokemon typing and possible changing of typing and adaption.
shes actually a teenager with barely any interactive pokemon experience and is extremely shy and similar to a shut in, and will act as a ingame traveling companion for the player, and will steadily build a team that will be randomized for certain members, she will also be the maker of the Link Badges as they are rewarded from her, and the Player is the one testing them.

STARTERS
(Grass: Bumblebee/hornet/Mantis/Gardener. base(Grass typing), first evolution(Grass Bug), final evolution(Grass fairy)(will be humanoid by final form, and major gender different in final form)

Water: Horse/Clydesdale/iron horse. Base(water typing), first stage(water), final stage (water Steel)

fire:Goat/Chimney. base(fire ground) First evolution(fire ground), final evolution(fire Rock)

NEW INGAME MECHANICS
link badges (attach to a certain move while increasing their power and making the typing of the attack it original type as well as the Link Badges associated type and adds a third typing to the pokemon)(will act as a reward for winning Gym challenges, similar to how you win a TM)(tradable)

Type Zones(special safari zone like areas located in the city's where each gym is, with their associated typing, where you will encounter all wild pokemon of a region, based on unlocked levels, amount of badges, and day of the week. you have to challenge the Gym leader a second time to unlock a new zone, each zone representing a region, starting with Kanto, then Johto and so on, amount of badges will allow the choice to change height of level of wild pokemon, similar to how when you get a gym badge the pokemon of a certain level from trade will listen, starting from level 1-5, second badge will be 10-15, third 16-18, fourth 20-23, fifth 25-28, sixth 30-33, seventh 35-38, eight 40-43, ninth 45-48, tenth 49-51, eleventh 53-56, twelfth 57-60(level increase stops and is unabled for remaining gyms and champions)

13 gyms( there are 13 gyms for each type including the elite four. only 6 of the gyms are linked to story continuations, being Normal, fairy, ghost, fighting, ice(location will be determined on which game is played), and water. the elite four are Fire, Psychic, Rock, and Flying.)

EVIL TEAM

Team Below(Lead by a woman named Syracuse(named after a town in Michigan that experiences lots of snow fall), evil team that works to find a way to remove pokemon from society while preventing harm, which is a lie told by the leader, fooling both her followers and civilians, the teams true goal is to remove pokemon and ultimately sacrifice them to create a new being, not quite a pokemon, but not quite anything the world has ever seen)

Syracuse(she is actually much older then she looks as she was frozen in ice for 100 years, and effectively became hellbent on sending her entire home region into the same fate for forgetting about her. Records show her Husband never tried looking for her, never telling their child about her, and remarried, and that family tree lead to the Player, why by the end will attempt to save her in the post game event, only for her to deny the help and hopes to meet her end by becoming the third piece Equator form (box art legendary)

LEGENDARY POKEMON

legendary( the legendary pokemon is not natural, and is a singular pokemon with three different forms, the Northern form, Southern form, and Equator form. the Equator form is created and exists as a fusion of Northern and Southern forms with a pokemon created in a event triggered from getting the form from the opposite game being played, so getting southern from while playing north, while having both on your party, the third pokemon will be born from the revival of a fossilized fragment of the Ultimate Dragon, modified and hybridized with pokemon and human DNA, creating a human like pokemon)

BONUS CONTENT

post game content( ability to challenge remaining gyms, access to Gen 6 Unova, ability to challenge Gen 6 league, Equator event(event involving remaining members of team plasma and team Below creating the Equator form of the box art legendary using the creation of the revived ultimate dragon(incomplete DNA from fossil), pokemon(humanoid and empathetic), human hybrid)

ONLINE TOURNAMENTS

Online tournaments (randomized online or offline battle tournaments that make a randomized reward for the winner, 10 or 20 player tournament, rewards will vary from rare pokemon, shiny pokemon, certain mythical pokemon, evolution items, Z Crystal's, Mega stones, or special usable items for ingame use(Shiny lure:increases chance of shiny encounter to 1 in 20 chance for 8 minutes, Competitive Candy: will max out all IVs on a level 1 or 5 pokemon)

SPECIAL NPC

Stat Buster(a NPC who makes it so your unevolved pokemon can become stronger without evolving, and gives the feel of being like Ash when he uses unevolved pokemon through out the series, and allows trainers to be able to use unevolved pokemon they like instead of their evolved forms in competitive, but it permanently keeps the pokemon from evolving unless you reverse the process by paying five heart scales.)
