Showers and Sleep

Sirius POV

   I slowly open my eyes. Remus must have moved me to my bed after I fell asleep. I get up and walk to the bathroom and strip off my shirt.

   I turn the nob and water came out of the shower head. The hot water hit the floor and steam rose in the air. Taking off the rest of my clothes I step into the shower and started to wash my hair. and I started to sing

   "Everything you do it sends me higher then the moon. With every twinkle in your eye." I think of a pair of amber eyes that glow in the sun. " You strike a match that lights my heart on fire."

   "when your near, I hide my blushing face and trip on my shoelaces. Grace just isn't my forte." Even if I'm from the black family I always get clumsy when he is around.

   "But it brings me to my knees when you say. Hello, how are you, my darling today? I fall into a pile on the floor." I think about all the times I tripped with he came near me and I didn't know how to react. "puppy love is hard to ignore, when every little thing you do. I do adore."

   "We're a different as can be. I've noticed you're remarkably relaxed and I'm overly uptight. We balance out each other nicely." I think about how different we are, but we do balance each other out. "you wear sandals in the snow, in mid-July I still feel cold. we're opposites in every way, but I can't resist it when you say."

I take a pause," Hello, how are you, my darling today? I fall into a pile on the floor puppy love is hard to ignore when every little thing you do. I do adore." I lean against the wall, " finding words, I mutter tongue-tied twisted foot in mouth, I start to stutter ha. ha, Heaven help me!"

   I get out of the shower and turn off the water. Wrapping a cloth around my hair I dry off my body and put on a new outfit, but not a uniform. Because we still had two and a half hours till class it's 8:30. I wake up VERY early. I walk  over to the one and only Moony.

   I watch as his chest rise and fall along with his breathing. He shifted slightly causing me to jump back. His eyes slowly opened showing beautiful pools of amber.

   "Sirius, what are you doing?" Remus asked in a low gruff voice. I felt the heat rise to my cheeks and ears.

   "I just wanted to check on you. James and peter left for 'Evans watching' some time a go," I hand him a note that peter left."So can you get up now?" I ask the almost asleep werewolf that hid under the large blanket. Remus handed back the note and wiggled under the pillows and blankets so i couldn't see him.

   "I will get up later let me sleep just a bit longer. The full moon is in 1 day and I don't feel well," Remus's muffled voice came from under the blanket.

   I look at the boy under the blanket " ok Moony you can sleep longer but dont stay under the blanket. We dont want you to get feathers in your mouth and nose, like that one time with wormtail." He let out a muffled ok and pushed the large blanket off of himself.

   "thank you so much Siri, but...," Remus grabbed my sleeve with his hand and looked at the ground, "but can you stay with me."  I look at Remus . I put my hand on his cheek and make him look at me. " ok moons I'll stay." Remus let go of my arm and I got under the blanket and laid facing him. I felt his arms around me and he set his chin on top of my head.

   I felt my eyes slowly close and I drifted to sleep.
