Laksh
I left her house and went to mine. I pushed the door of my room and got into it. I threw my coat on the bed as I myself sat on the bed.
She is crying just because of me. It is all my fault. Already, she is going through the ignorance of her parents and I also shouted on her and made her sad. And now she's ignoring me. She wants to go with Yash to avoid me and stay away from me. I didn't want to make her cry. I don't like to see her crying. She's good when she smiles all the time. I like the chirpy and happy Ragini. God, what's happening to me? Why her smile matters to me? Why can't I see her sad?
I got up from the bed and went outside to the hall. I found Yash and Ryan sitting there.
"What did you say to her?" asked Ryan as he looked at me.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"She is upset because of something else. Did you do something?" he asked lifting his eyebrow up.
"No, I didn't do anything." I lied.
"Hmm... She's a very sensitive and sensible girl. She gets emotional and sad very soon. Every little thing matters to her. She is fun loving and chirpy but she feels lonely. I'm seeing her and observing her from years. She just wants to make friends and get friendly with people so that she don't feel lonely. She used to make her bodyguards run away because her bodyguards used to keep people away from her and people themselves used to maintain distance from her seeing her bodyguard with her." Yash said.
I started feeling more guilty because of his words. I'm an idiot.
"Uhm... Where's she now?" I asked both of them.
"Yash reminded her that it's his marriage after three days and now she's making a list of what she wants during the marriage and how she wants the decorations and all." Ryan said chuckling.
I smiled at that. I left the house and again went to her house. Thank God her parents were in their room. I asked the servants about her whereabouts. They told me that she's in the backyard so I went to the backyard. I found her sitting on the same bench where I found her sleeping a few hours ago. I guess she loves this place. She was holding a notepad in her hand and a pen was held in between her teeth. She was in deep thoughts. She was looking cute.
I took a deep breath as I started moving towards her. I stood besides her but she didn't seem to notice my presence because she didn't react. I sat beside her and coughed to get her attention.
She at once looked in my direction and a look of shock and surprise crossed her features. She stared at me for a few seconds. She was about to get up but I held her hand so that she don't move.
"Ragini..." I started but she cut me off.
"I already apologized about that. Now, do you want me to die of embarrassment?" she asked as she pulled her hand back.
"No! I just wanted to ask forgiveness. I'm sorry." I said.
"Why?" she asked as her eyebrows furrowed.
"For shouting on you. I know I overreacted. I'm very sorry." I said nervously.
Why the hell I'm even feeling nervous?
"It's okay. I can understand. You didn't expect or want a girl like me to kiss you. It's absolutely fine." she said as she finally got up from her place.
I looked at her confused. What does she mean by a girl like her?
"What do you mean by a girl like you?" I asked getting up and blocking her way.
