It's been a month since an incident happened on Johnny's birthday. It was Jaehyun who came. Doyoung and Johnny knew that Jaehyun would come, but the other two didn't expect that at all. Ever since that happened, Joy and Jaehyun kept on seeing each other in the same place.

The day after Johnny's birthday, Joy went to the grocery and she saw Jaehyun. Joy was so surprised to see him that she didn't even realized that she was staring at him. Jaehyun felt like someone was staring at him so he looked around, and when they made an eye contact, she quickly avoided his gaze.

The third time that they saw each other was at a bookstore. Joy was reaching for a book that is placed on a higher shelf, when someone reached it for her. She was about to thank the person but she stopped when she saw it was Jaehyun who helped her. Joy thanked him and left like nothing happened.

The last time was a recent one. Joy was riding a bus on her way home since her mom borrowed her car. Someone sat beside her but she didn't seem to care about it because she's playing a game on her phone.

"You're still playing that?" She thought that his voice is familiar so she looked at him, it's Jaehyun. He smiled at her causing her to put her phone in her bag. After that, no one talked. Joy was the first one to get off the bus.

It's Wednesday and Jisung was craving for a frappucino so he asked his sister if she could buy one. She was typing a message for his brother while waiting for her order when someone sat across from her.

"Waiting for someone?" She looked up and saw Jaehyun sitting in front of her.

"Are you stalking me?"

"Why are you ignoring me?"

"I asked you first."

"Why can't you answer my question?" Joy rolled her eyes at him that made Jaehyun chuckle. He missed this.

"Where's Lucas?" Jaehyun asked, wondering why she's alone. But she just shrugged.

"I haven't heard of him since then." Joy answered.

"What?"

"We already broke up."

"Why?"

"He still loves his ex." Jaehyun was shocked, he didn't expect that they would break up. He even trusted Lucas because Joy was happy with him. Joy noticed that he became silent after telling him that she and Lucas were over.

"What about you?" Joy asked, trying to distract Jaehyun from what he's thinking.

"Are you dating someone right now?" Jaehyun smirked upon hearing her question. Joy realized what she asked, she thought that she should've stayed silent.

"Why? Why do you want to know?" He teased her.

"You asked me about Lucas, then I should ask about yours too." Joy came up with an excuse, wishing that Jaehyun would believe.

"I dated Chungha-"

"You dated her?" She scoffed.

"Yeah, but it didn't last long."

"Why?"

"Same reason why you and Lucas broke up."
