The avengers rushed to Stark tower. They knew that if Tony called them, it was serious.

"What's going on?" Steve asked.

"Peter..." Tony mumbled.

"What about him?"

"We need to save him."

"Where is he?" Steve said, getting ready to rush to wherever Peter was.

"At his school. Cone on we can't waste anymore time." So all of the avengers set off immediately to save Peter.

Meanwhile

Peter was freaking out. He really hoped Mr. Stark had ignored Karen's warning. It wasn't anything he couldn't handle.

"Kid!" Mr. Stark yelled as he burst through the gym's window. "I'll pay for that." He added humorously.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Stark," Peter said. "I didn't mean to bother you."

"Bother me?" Tony repeated. "Now, step away from Peter, or I will have to use force. *rest of avengers come.*

"Ah. If it isn't iron can and the rest. Now, give me a billion and three thousand dollars or this entire school gets blown to smithereens." He wasn't joking. The other day he had planted a bomb directly under where he was standing only he could control.

"No!" Peter shouted, as he went into his backpack. "Karen, activate shield."
Tony had put a shield activating device indide his suit, just in case. The shield was made to be unhackible. Even by Tony himself.

"Ok, Peter." The AI said as a shield went around Peter, the Vulture, and the bomb directly under them.

"Kid what are you doing?" Tony yelled.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Stark," Peter said. "but I can't let this place explode."

"What have you done?!" The Vulture cried.

One by one the avengers tried to crack the force field. Sadly, their attempts were in vain.

"Pete, drop the force field please." Tony begged.

"I can't." Peter mumbled.

"Perfect." The Vulture said as he smiled. "I might not be able to blow this whole school, but I can at least get rid of Spider-Man!" Then, he pushed the trigger, setting off the bomb.

"No!!!" Tony yelled as the bomb went off. Somehow, the bomb shredded the force field just enough to let the Vulture escape unharmed. Peter, however, didn't get out unscathed. When the smoke had cleared, Tony saw his son laying limply on the ground.

"Vitals." Tony breathed.

"He is breathing," Friday said, "but not much else."

"Let's get him to the tower." Tony said as he gently picked up Peter. "Stay alive, Pete. Please."
