Alexandria Somers was just your typical heartbroken, rebellious, young soul. Back in high school she had the left the love of her life, her high school sweetheart, her name was Savannah, for some reason she had other plans for when she went to a separate college that didn't involve her. Go figure. When her lovelife went up in flames, she had decided to keep everything relationship-wise casual from that point on, /especially/ whilst trying to obtain her college education, the most she could handle were flings or one night-stands, the only girl Alex would be willing to risk her focus and concentration on was probably out screwing anything that moved, the thought made Alex's skin crawl with disgust. As Alex willed her slender body across the halls of her new campus, an unwanted sense of anxiety became present within her stomach, the first day of school, work, or anything filled with people and socializing always made her want to disappear. Alex had always been extremely shy just very good at hiding it, behind her bubbly, and sarcastic facade she was like a scared 5 year old on her first day of kindergarten, (obviously, not that timid, but quite close).

She wearily observed all the people whom looked about her age passing her down the hallways, probably staring way too hard, but it was the only thing that could keep the urge down to vomit. "Take deep breaths, and don't think about it, Alex." Chanting those words inside her head, approaching what read, "Office", slipping inside the brown door prior to twisting the knob open. There are several students lined in front of her, awaiting to speak to the school's administration, more or less about class changes or scheduled classes, same as the blonde did. Her main goal for going to college was to study english and if she was lucky maybe even obtain the credentials needed for her to be an english professor at some pristine and rich college, far away from all the problems she had ever come across. A sigh surpasses the female's brims as the daydream wanders through her mind, earning a strange look from the boy ahead of her, face briefly becoming a shade darker, nevertheless, shrugging it off, eyes roam across the perimeters she found herself in. The office is big, but I guess they would need space for all the files and computers needed to enter all data of the students registered here, she mindfully thought to herself. An hour later and finally she managed to be seen and out of that place, as big as the office was, with so many people grouped in there, she began to feel a touch of claustrophobia. Her phone vibrates through jean pockets, hand extending downwards to fish out the device, holding it to her ear.

"Hello?" The blonde questioned nonchalantly, striding down the pathway that lead to the parking lot of the campus. "Heeeeyyyy, bitch!" Alex involuntarily rolled blue optics at the obnoxious greeting she had gotten from her best friend. "We are in college now, we have to start talking more sophisticated" Alex replied back, attempting to sound annoyed by her friend's childish behavior, but when she heard a snort of laughter, the giggles couldn't be kept from falling from Alex's lips. "What do you want, Bri?" Brianna was Alex's long-time best friend since the first grade, they were practically sisters, except the kind that actually get along, the two had been inseparable since they met, even deciding to go to the same college together, Alex couldn't contain the excitement she had felt when Bri had told her that she received her acceptance letter in the mail. "I /want/ to take you out and celebrate!" Her best friend sounded so happy that it was damn near contagious. "Take me out where?" Alex questioned her friend as she hopped inside her car, turning over the engine and adjusting the mirrors. "Hmmmm, clubbing, perhaps?" Bri offered, but it was so obvious she was telling her and not asking. "I'm so down" Was the first response Alex could think of to that suggestion, she could never turn down social drinking, or even just drinking for that matter, besides it was college, these days demanded to be taken advantage of, after all, you can only enjoy the college life once.

"Yes!" Bri squealed out when she heard an approval from her friend. "Try to dress sluttly, okay? You really need to get laid tonight" Bri spoke ever so blatantly, subtlety had never really been her thing, and for some reason Alex remained apalled each time, regardless. "Bri!" Alex scolded her friend whom liked to pry into her lovelife a little too much as of late. "What?" Bri's words came out defensively. "I'm just saying, you are /way/ too young to stay celibate over some stupid girl who never even deserved you to begin with. Alex grew silent at Bri's words, they were true, but still felt like a punch to the stomach, nevertheless. "Let's not talk about her, okay?" Alex's words rolled off her tongue bitterly. She knew Bri was just trying to help and be a good friend, but now wasn't the time for her to have a private therapy session. "I know, I'm sorry" Bri's words grew soft and apologetic. "I hate to see you hurt and want you to just forget about it all, tonight, okay?" Bri almost sounded like a concerned mother which made Alex love her all the more, it was nice to feel like someone actually cared. "Thanks" Alex's voice was small, but she still tried to sound genuine through her response. "No problem, sweetie. Now get your ass home and pick out something to ware for later. Ciao!" Bri's last words sounded a lot cheerier, causing a slight smile to stretch across Alex's face. "Will do. See you later." And with that said, Alex slid the icon to hang up, pulling out of the driveway and towards the direction of her dorm.
