Bakugou ran out of the locker room. He needed to get home before his mom did after their argument to spite her. Unsurprising, he ran into a few other students in the hall. Everything seemed normal until he bumped into a short girl wearing a hoodie.

She stared up at him with her worried eyes. The girl began to say something about her quirk, but he didn't really care. He walked around her and kept running toward his house. Thankfully, he made it home before the old hag.

He ran up to his room, plopping down onto his bed. He pulled out the homework from his bag and finished it up. Bakugou's phone beeped. He unlocked it and laughed to himself at the stupid meme Kirishima had sent him. He scrolled up and read the messages dumb hair had sent him about staying friends. Bakugou smiled about the fact that they could agree on their relationship so easily. He truly loved Kirishima as a friend.

But the thoughts about relationships had Bakugou's mind darting to his secret crush. The aggressive boy doesn't actually believe he could be able to break down his walls to be in a real relationship with Todoroki, but he could dream.

Bakugou grabbed some things he needed for school he had come back home to get. He said goodbye to his mom and dad before walking back to the campus. Bakugou watched the sun almost setting on the horizon. He reached his dorm room and set everything out in an organized manner.

Bakugou cleared his head and jumped in the shower. His mind only drifted to half n' half again as he got out, though. He got ready for bed and laid down. Before long, he had drifted off to sleep.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Bee-

Bakugou slammed his hand onto his alarm clock. Shouting back at it as if that would make it stop. "Die!"

He got and brushed his teeth. His mind was full and he wasn't paying much attention to the things around him, or himself for that matter. He threw on his uniform and lazily walked down the stairs. He hadn't brushed his hair yet, planning to do that on the way to school.

Bakugou sat down in front of the plate of pancakes at the breakfast bar. Kirishima was standing at the stove talking to his Mina, who was staring at him in astonishment. Kirishima turned to face him and almost dropped the plate he was holding.

"What are you looking at, you extras?" He grunted at them and went to look at the mirror in the bathroom.

Bakugou almost stopped breathing then and there. His eyes darted around him, from his ears to his tail to hearts in his eyes to the choker around his neck to the blush on his cheeks. He nearly screamed as he pulled at them and they didn't budge.

"What kind of- They aren't coming off!"

He kept trying to remove the new additions to his look, getting nowhere. Tugging on the choker only made it tighten up more. Bakugou read the tag dangling from it.

"You have got to be kidding me." Bakugou finally gave up and sighed as he put hands over his face. He walked back into the kitchen and sat down. His mind retraced his actions, the part where he bumped into the shorter girl standing out. Bakugou knew he would just have to go to school and ask the teachers for help. He ate his pancakes and regretted his life choices.

Bakugou, Kirishima, and Mina waited for Kaminari and Sero to walk to class together. They showed up barely awake. The now group walked outside. They joked about Bakugou's accessories. Bakugou only shrugged off the insults, knowing they were meant to be friendly.

Bakugou walked into the doors of the school building. He felt people staring at him, though he didn't mind the extras admiring him. He was a little shocked to see Todoroki looking at him while walking with Midoriya and Iida. Bakugou slipped away from his friends. He picked up his pace, heading straight for the principal's office.

Nezu greeted him calmly. It was nice change from people staring at him in shock. He slipped his tea. "Got hit by Menli's quirk, did you?"
Bakugou shrugged. "Her quirk affects someone by touch. She doesn't have great control over it just yet. She has the ability to turn how people really are deep down into how they look physically, normally this also affects their quirk. This affect releases after two months, or when the number on your collar reaches zero. The more you begin to act like how you appear physically, the lower the number gets."

Bakugou nodded as he took in all the information. Nezu explaining how long the quirk would take to wear off confirmed his thoughts of the quirk not being able to be canceled. The first bell rung loudly. Nezu waved the boy off to class.

Bakugou ran down the halls to reach 1-A in time. He sighed as he pushed the tall door open. The eruption previously coming from the students went completely away as they all took in Bakugou's new appearance.

Kaminari smiled slyly, "Bakugou is a furry!"

Bakugou stared at the knock off Pikachu as he tried to contain himself. As much as he wanted to murder him, he had a soft spot for the people in the bakuquad. Shining from the choker caught his eye. He stared at the tag as the ten went down to a nine.

"So just be a softie and I can get this over with. Wonderful," He mumbled as he sat down at his seat to wait for class to start. Just before Aizawa walked in, a paper wad hit his head. He thought it was from the pink gossip box so he opened and read it without a fuss about who threw it.

Dear Bakugou,

I don't know why you look as you do, but whatever the reason please be careful as some people may be offended and act rudely toward you because of your appearance. I always sit under the large cherry blossom tree in the school's garden if you want to talk or something like that.

Bakugou's heart stopped when he realized it wasn't signed. By now he knew it wasn't Mina because of the neat handwriting. He looked around him hoping to meet Todoroki's gaze. However, the boy was distracted by the book he was reading. It looked like he had been holding it for a while.

Bakugou kept looking around, but no one was staring back. He just turned toward the front and waited out the day. At lunch he told his group of friends about the quirk affecting him. After his last class he slowly grabbed his things, being less aggressive than usual. Bakugou had decided to go to the garden to meet whoever gave him the letter. As he got closer to the tree he saw a blob of red hair.

"Eijiro, you dick. Why didn't you sign the note? You got me-" Bakugou's soul left his body as Todoroki turned to look at him from under the tree. He tilted his head to the side.

"I'm sorry. I'm guessing I was not who you were expecting."
