This Quirk would allow Y/N to Travel to different Universes and Absorb Cosmic Energy to Enhance him in anyway he chooses Also Giving Access to a Few New abilities.

These Abilities are:
•Time Stop (+10 Seconds)
•Super Human Strength (Able to Lift about 150-230 Tons)
•Super Human Speed (Able to Run up to Speeds of 100-150 MPH)
•Super Human Stamina (Able to last 2-4 Days of Running without any stops. Depending on Whether he ate before Running or not.
•Weapon Summoning (Able to call on Weapons from Other Universes)
•Teleportation.
•Super Jump (Able to Jump as high as a Skyscraper)
•Crusader Spirit. (You will find out later in another chapter. This one is a Surprise)
•Summoning (Able to Summon Creatures and People from Other Universes)
•Quirk Steal (Like All For One But Can Bring out Upper Limits of Quirks the Original Users could never Achieve and is Able to Choose Whether They can still use their Quirk While Y/N is Using it. But is Unable To Steal Izuku Midoryias Quirk One For All.)
•Stand Summon. (It's a Motherfucking Reference)
•Titan Shifter (SHINZOU WO SASAGEYO)
•Resistance: Is Able to Nullify the Effects Of Shoto Aizawa's Quirk 'Erase'.

Extra:There are No known Drawbacks Of Using any of these Ability's except The Time Stop, Titan Shifter, Stand Summon and Quirk Steal:

Drawbacks:
•Timestop (+10 Seconds) Using Time Stop over the Time limit will Result In Extreme Exhaustion and Nausea.
•Stand Summon: Excessive Use Of Stand Summon will Result in Inability To use this Ability for A Few Hours, Days even.
•Titan Shifter: Using Titan Shifter too much will result in Extreme Exhaustion and Maybe Be stuck in a Coma for At Most 6 Weeks.
•Quirk Steal: Able to Hold as Many Quirks as Y/N wants but Using more than 3 At once will Disable these Quirks for a Few Hours.

Personality:Kind(To people whom he thinks Deserve his Kindness), Vengeful, Possessive (Of his Belongings), Caring(Is willing to listen and Help his friends in any way he can).

Likes: His Friends, Class 1-A, His Weapons and Armour, Beating The Shit out of Villains, Being alone most of the time, Beating the Absolute Fuck out of Bakogou.

Dislikes: Hero's in General, Bakugou, The League Of Villains, All For One, Endeavor(He's On his own Because he is just a Asshole in General.), The Fucking Ugly Ass Nomu's. People who try to Hurt His Friends.

Colour: White Body suit while Armour Plates are black with Glowing Black Lines going Throughout the Suit.

Abilities: •Able to Grow Mechanical Wings to enable Flight.
•A.I 'Molly' Integrated Into System.
•Hidden Blades on both Wrists.
•Able to Run Hacking Programs On any Piece Of Technology While in the Suit.
•Bullet Immunity (Except Snipes Bullets)

Colour: Reversed Colours on This Suit But the Eyes are Glowing Black.

Info:Is Triggered when Y/N is under Pressure and Has stored enough Cosmic Energy to Grow over his Hero Suit.

Abilities: •A.I 'Molly' Also Integrated into system.
•Hacking.
•Can Double Y/N's Strength depending on Emotional State.
•Hand Can Transform into Cannons that can Fire beams of Cosmic Energy.
•Bullet Immunity (Can Stop Snipes Bullets)
•Enables Flight from Boosters on Back.

Abilities:• Shock: (Shock Launches a shocking projectile. It stuns and deals high damage to a single target and chains damage to nearby enemies.)

•Speed: (energizes the area around him, giving himself and any allies within range increased movement speed If he wills.

•Electric Shield:(creates a shield made of electricity that protects against enemy fire.Casting Shock on an Electric Shield will electrify it, dealing Electricity damage to any enemy that Touches the Shield. can pick up shields that have been deployed in order to protect himself while moving. The shield becomes smaller However.)

•Discharge:(emits an electric pulse around him that Shocks enemies caught by it. Enemies caught by the pulse will also emit Electricity damage, damaging nearby enemies. After a few seconds, all enemies that were caught by the pulse will take Electricity damage over time.
