                        Find you again

" I'll try to pass the night away with somebody new

But they don't have a shot when I compare them to you"

Cold water. Limps slowly becoming useless. Bracing against the wall tile while the water runs down her body, Juliana felt incomplete. There was something missing and she knew what it was. Well more like who it was.

¨Val...¨ she let out as a whisper. Things weren't supposed to end like this. They weren't supposed to end, period. They made a promise to each other, to fight no matter who got in the middle or what came their way. But life is hard and unpredictable and sometimes giving up seem like the best option. Juliana understands that but letting go of Valentina was like shooting straight to her heart. It was hard to breathe, and her heart felt heavy like a part of it stop pumping. Turning the shower off Juliana stepped out while wrapping a towel around her naked body. Walking to her bedroom she prays in her head that whoever she took home last night wasn't there anymore. She didn't want to deal with another clingy hookup like last time. She just wanted to pass the day away, taking a deep breath she enters her room and was glad that it was empty.

Sitting in her bed she took her phone and start to fumble with it. Could she call her? They have done this thousand of times. They fight but they always make up, but this time is different... she knows it. Valentina has kept her distance, not text, no drunk voicemail just nothing. Juliana felt like Valentina finally gave up. Gave up on their promise, gave up on their love. But what did she expect... when all she did was push her away? It has been 4 months and not a word. Sleepless night spends with a stranger in her bed will never fill the hole in her heart. She knows it. Pressing her thumb against Valentina's number on her screen phone she decides to call her. Pressing her phone against her ear she heard it ring once then she quickly ended the call. What was she thinking? That she could call her in the middle of the morning and say hello. Of course not. Plus, she is pretty sure Valentina wouldn't answer. Not after things ended.

"And I remember you told me

That we could work it all out, don't you worry

And now the tears in your eyes make it blurry"

"Please mi Amor, don't push me away," said Valentina reaching for Juliana's hand but her action was cut short when Juliana took a step back. She feels like she was suffocating.

"We can work it out, we always do baby." Tears were dripping down Valentina's face. She couldn't handle the pain in her chest, Juliana was breaking her heart.

"I-I am not sure what I want anymore. Everything is tumbling down, and I can't fix it. I am not sure if I want to fix it" say Juliana looking everywhere except Valentina.

"There's nothing to fix Juliana! We don't need fixing. You and I are in this together Juliana, I will help you figure out things, but Amor don't give up on this" she motions with her hand desperately between them "Don't give up on us." She finished grabbing Juliana's hands tightly. Afraid if she didn't hold tight enough Juliana will let go. But she let go, with tears streaming down her face Juliana let go of Valentina's hands.

"I am not giving up Val, I just need some time to figure myself up" and with that say, Juliana walked out of Valentina's life.

Juliana's thought was interrupted by her phone ringing. She quickly took it to answer it without looking at the id.

"Hey, Jul-" letting out a sigh realizing that it was not Valentina's voice she answers quickly.

"Oh, it's you Camila" getting up from the bed she started pacing around her room
