o. preface

so, before we start, there's a few things i'd like to make clear :)

first of all, roger taylor, john deacon, freddie mercury, brian may, jim hutton, and some other people that really did exist, are in no way my characters. i tried to portray them the most accurately possible, but i do not know them personally, and, so, of course i have to make some tiny things up.

secondly, the timeline. this story starts the 24th of november 1981, the day of the rock montreal concert, which is quite precise. but further in the story, there might be some inaccuracies as i won't explicitly base myself on the timeline other than for really important events that actually happened.

also, back to the band; i modified some aspects of their personal/romantic/social life to work with the plot (i.e. john is single, no kids). please don't come at me for that, it's pretty much necessary for my fic to work.
