Yuri and Chaeyoung sat down beside Mina with worried looks on their face.
"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just... nervous, you know? I have so many thoughts in my mind right now and it's making me crazy."
Minhyuk was their bestfriend before the break up. Well, they still are but not that close like they used to be. Mina hated the fact that when they broke up, her friends relationship with Minhyuk is not like what it used to be.
She regretted confessing, she regretted telling him the truth, she regretted everything. 'If I keep my feelings inside, this wouldn't happen. This is all my fault.', is what she kept reminding her own self, without knowing that she is ruining herself with those words.
"Hey, you spend overseas for 7 months for what? To move on from him, right? And you make us two worried for 7 months straight. Just to remind you, I'm going to be really really mad if you're still acting like this still."
"Yeah, this is my birthday party. And you are important to me, so if you're sad, I'm sad and you're going to ruin my party. Don't think about others, just have fun and everything will be all right."
Mina frown, trying to hold in her tears. She felt bad to her friends.
"I invited a lot of hot guys too. Come on, don't you wanna try hitting on some of them? You're single and you can do whatever you want." Yuri elbowed Mina teasingly.
Mina chuckles, "I'm bad at flirting though."
"Don't worry, just start a conversation with everybody. You've got the look so maybe some guys will try and get your number. The rest, is your choice."

Mina woke up from a loud splash outside the house. The house is filled with loud music and people laughing and talking.
Mina walk towards the door and peeked outside, to see people partying, and some making out. 'Oh shit, I overslept.'
She quickly ran to the get changed but stopped for a while. 'Wait, isn't this better? I can avoid him if I stayed in this room.' Mina smiles and flop on the bed, spreading her arms.
'But, this is Yuri's party, I should go spend my times with them, I shouldnt worry about that guy, right?' Her smile fades as she stood up lazily.
She peeked outside the window to see people playing at the pool. She knocked on the window and open it a little.
Chaeyoung noticed and end the conversation she was having with a boy before heading towards the window, "Hey, you finally woke up. Come on, the party is lit. I'm going into the pool, let's go, it'll be fun, Mina."
"What should I wear?"
"Just wear what you're wearing now, you're pretty hot yourself."
Mina sigh and went outside, heading towards Chaeyoung, "Let's go girl," Chaeyoung grabbed Mina's hand and went into the pool.
"I'm going to stay here, I can't go that far, it's too deep for me. I can't swim, remember?"
"Are you sure? I'm going to be right there so if there's anything just call me." Chaeyoung smiles and swim towards the crowds.
Mina sigh again, sadly watching people having fun, and there she is, alone, doesn't know how to swim. What a pussy.
"I guess I'm just gonna stay here." Mina laughed at herself which later becomes sad. "Why am I doing this to myself." She questioned.
Mina turns her head towards the crowds, pouting. "It must be so much fun, if only I can swim-" Her heart skipped a beat when she spotted Minhyuk, her ex.
Minhyuk was about to turn around and Mina quickly went underwater, holding her breath. 'Please don't see me!' Mina prayed.
She was holding her breath for a long time and it's starting to hurt her lungs already. She then felt a tap on her head, making her flinched and choked on water. She let out a loud gasp, and turn around to see the person beside her.
"Are you drowning yourself?" the boy furrowed his eyebrows. "No, I'm not. I'm just protecting myself!"
"Protecting yourself? Wow, I never know that drowning can protect people." the boy chuckles, and stand beside Mina, without saying anything, just staring at her.
Mina raised her eyebrows and touches her face, "Something wrong with my face? You're creeping me out, stop it."
"You don't remember me?"
"Remember what? Who? You? Who're you?" Mina tilt her head.
"Nevermind. By the way, why are you staying at the edge of the pool, alone? Hate crowds eh?"
"I can't swim, don't judge. And why are you here? Why don't you go play with those people?"
The boy chuckles and leans in, "Are you sure you're okay being alone? I mean like, I'm here, always ready to spend times with a beautiful girl like you." he smirked.
"Yo! Taehyung!"
The boy leans back and waved his hands up, signing 'wait.' to his friend. "Wanna come?"
Mina lowered her head, and Taehyung smile before slowly putting his arms around Mina's waist, slowly swims towards the crowd.
Mina eyes widen and lift her head towards the silver-haired boy, "What are you doing?"
"Don't move to much or I'm going to drop you, you wouldn't want that would you?"
Mina look away, her body become closer to Taehyung. Of course, she wouldn't want that to happen. Taehyung smiles, 'cute.' he thought.
"Wow Taehyung, who's this? New girl eh?" one of Taehyung's friend smirk.
"She's hot, no wonder-"
Taehyung shot a glare and his friend pursed his lips.
"Oh! Kim Taehyung!" The voice is familiar to Mina's ear. Mina's eyes widen and there, Minhyuk, looking straightly at her.
"Oh hey." Minhyuk said coldly at Mina, while Mina uncomfortably avoiding eye contact, "H-hey."
"We should go." Mina whispered to Taehyung.
"Are you two dating?" Minhyuk ask.
"No! Of course not!" Mina said, shooking her head and slowly pushing Taehyung away.
"Are you sure? You two seems like it-"
"We're not dating!-" Mina pushed Taehyung, completely forgetting that she can't swim,"Fuck-"
Taehyung eyes widen when he lost his grip. He quickly pull Mina by her waist with force.
Mina gasp for air, panicking. The two were so close they can feel their hot breath brushing on each other.
Everything was blurry, Taehyung's heart race and his eyes landed on Mina's eyes before moving down towards her plump and bright pink lips.
His head slowly leans in even closer, wanting to kiss that kissable lips of hers.
