You lay them down on sperate Cots.
You sat between them just in case.

You woke back up, they were still sleeping. You took Ela off the gas when you fell asleep.
Zofia is alive because the bullet is stopping the bleeding.
Ela is alive because you treated her already.
You continued to sit.
Day 4.
Ela woke up
You look at her.
Ela: You look tired...
You: I'm fine...
You gave her your MRE
You: You need it more than me...
Ela: Why is Zofia still out?
You: She is in a Coma... Its better like this. Her heart rate is slower she is also on an IV
You had dirt everywhere, your face was covered.
Ela's radio went off.

You grabbed it.
You: It's against protocol to speak with you. But they are fine.
Ash dropped her radio.
You: This is Y/n L/n 7th Ranger, Team!

You: Deep into enemy territory an extraction is not a viable option. Zofia and Ela Bosak, Injured, taken care of.
