"Changbin, I told you, let go," Jiyeon says, trying to pull his hand back. They were already in the park.
Away from the boys and away from Chaeyoung.
"I won't." He says, his voice little husky from the running. "Not anymore. And I'm sorry."
Jiyeon felt some relief after hearing those words. She squeezed his hand, "I hate you..."
"I know," He pulled her close and hugged her as she buries her head in the crook of his neck, "You always say that."
"Because it's true." She whispers. When they broke apart, Jiyeon noticed a man walking towards them, "No, no, no,"
Changbin turned around and realized who it was. He pushed Jiyeon behind him, "Hello sir, can I help you?"
Mr. Yang was tall and a bit buff. He looked friendly, to Changbin's eyes, "Hello, can I talk to my daughter?"
"Uhm, I'm not sure if -"
"Jiyeon please... I just want to talk." He says, ignoring Changbin.
"I don't want to talk to you," Jiyeon says, acting like a spoiled brat.
"Please? I want to explain myself."
"No need. I've already heard enough stories."
"You heard but you never listened." Mr. Yang sighs as he hands a business card to Changbin, "Give this to her, okay?"
The young boy nods as he watched Jiyeon's dad walking away from them.

Jiyeon woke up the next day with a headache but she still went to school. Unexpectedly, she met Chaeyoung at the front gate.
"Hi, you must be Jiyeon," Chaeyoung greets politely.
"And you're Chaeyoung," She replied, with politeness as well.
"Look, I know we had a rough start seeing as your Changbin's new girl and I'm the ex-girlfriend -"
"You're what?!" Jiyeon interrupts as she felt a bit shocked and betrayed. Changbin never told her this.
"Oh, I thought you knew? I'm his ex."
Jiyeon raised an eyebrow and smiled at her. The bell rang, what a coincidence. "Well, it was nice meeting you but I have to get to class. I'll talk to you later."

"So, when were you planning on telling me that Chaeyoung was your ex?" Jiyeon asked. They were walking towards Changbin's house for the boys' practice.
Minho, Jeongin and Jisung were in front of them, quickening their pace since they heard the girl's question.
Changbin stopped in his tracks, "Who told you?"
"So, it's true. She's not lying."
"You talked to her?"
Jiyeon contiued walking, "We met at the gates before class. I thought you said that was it? That she was just a friend?"
Changbin rushed in front of her, "Wait - I can explain."
"No. We talked yesterday and I promised you I'll talk to my dad as long as you tell me everything," Jiyeon said, crossing her arms over her chest. "You didn't stand by your word."
"I know and I'm sorry -"
"You told me to trust you. Don't you trust me?"
She pushed pass him, walking straight to where Jeongin and the boys are.
'Great Changbin, you should've just told her the truth.' He mutters, after releasing a heavy breath.
