Chapter 7

Deans POV
I wake up in baby on Cas' lap, only to look up and see Cas passed out. I go to look at Sam and ask him what happened, but I feel I searing pain in my neck and head so I just sit there not speaking, knowing that if I talk it'll hurt more. Sooner or later I pass out to the soft rumble of the car and the sound of Sams worried mumbling.

Sams POV
I don't know what to do, I have two people on the brink of death in my backseat. I'm so goddamn worried that I didn't notice that Dean opened his eyes at one point.

TIME SKIP

I see the familiar trees and bushes in the road to the bunker. The closer I get the more worried and glad I get. What if it's been to long? Are they dead? What's going to happen to them? How am I going to take them into the bunker? As soon as these questions rush to my brain, I push them away only to be awakened with new questions.

Cas' POV
I wake up laying in the familiar comfort of my bed sheets. I try and get up, only to fall back onto the bag in agony. I lift of my shirt that I now recognize as Deans, to see a stitched up gash on my torso. Then I remember what happened and all I can think about is Dean.

I sprint out of bed to be met by more pain, but I ignore it only worrying about Dean. I walk down the winding halls of the bunker until I get to Deans room. I open the door with a creak to see Dean laying there staring at the ceiling.
"Oh thank god you're okay!" Dean exclaims jumping up from the bed. I sense that something is off, but dismiss it.
"Actually you don't thank god bec——-" I get cut off by Deans lush lips being pressed against my plump ones.
"I love you so much," I say.
"I love you more hot wings," Dean says with a wink, pushing me against the now closed door. I take of his shirt and rub my fingers along the outline of his abs. He soon rips mine off as well.

TIME SKIP
I wake up seeing a half naked boyfriend next to me. I smile to myself remembering what happened.
"What are you blushing at?" I get asked by Dean, whose now awake.
"Uhhhhhhh n-nothing," I state with a stutter, embarrassed.
"You like what you see baby?" Dean says making me blush an even redder tone if possible. He laughs and gets up to get changed.
"Where are you going?" I ask leaning on my elbow to watch him.
"I'm going to grab some food," he says putting on a shirt and pants.
"You need some help."
"No I think I'll be okay."
"Alright, I love you!" I yell as he walks out the door.
"I love you tooooo!" I hear him yell back, making me smile.

TIME SKIP

Deans POV
I'm tied up, AGAIN, in a goddamn fucking warehouse. What is with people kidnapping me all the time?!! I try my best to take in my surroundings. I'm tied to a pole, there are many more, there looks to be a tunnel leading straight out of this place, the area is light with yellow glowing fluorescent lights, and there's little white spots of light here and there. I was looking around for a few more minutes, until I head the sound of feet walking towards me I don't call out in worry that it isn't Sam. I guess I was right, I walked into the room.
"Well hello there Dean," I hear my voice say to me. Then I realize, it's a shape shifter.
"What do you want from me?" I asked anger rising from me.
"Your boyfriend is good in the bed," he says with an evil smirk.
"What. Did. You. Do?" I ask teeth clenched. Knowing that he slept with my boyfriend but I didn't get mad at Cas cause I know that he's hurt and his powers aren't working completely so he wouldn't be able to sense that it was a shape shifter.
"Oh nothing much, but now I'm going to ruin your relationship," he states with a menacing laugh leaving me in the sewer I came to find out.

Cas' POV
I come out of the shower, to here moaning in Deans room. Why is Deans room moaning? I walked down the hall the 20 feet to Deans room. I open the door slightly, to see Anna and Dean doing it in his bed. I feel anger race over everything. "Really Dean, we were something. Something I trusted, sighing you trusted. HOW COULD YOU JUST THROW THAT AWAY!" I scream hurt and anger clear in my tone. As soon as I scream that Dean walks into the room with a silver bullet and shoots both Anna and "Dean." They we're shape shifters.
"Babe I would never do that to you," Dean says looking into my eyes.
"I love you," he says.
"I'm sorry that I believed it," I say as tears run down my face.
"Hey, your hurt and your powers aren't working correctly, it's okay," He says wiping the tears on my cheeks with his thumbs.
"I love you, I always will," he states before kissing me reassuringly.
"I love you too, so fucking much," I say after we pull away.
"Never leave me."
"I won't, trust me hot wings," he says with a wink. We laugh and go to bed in my room, deciding to deal with the bodies in the morning because we're both so tired.
