Killer Frost managed to escape from S.T.A.R. Labs but once she made it to Sterling City she let Caitlin take back over.

Oliver was about to kill Zoom when Barry kills Oliver as he looks up he asks why Barry says because we needed someone to take the fall if this didn't work out and you always said that you always hurt the ones you love so we have saved them from you afterwards Zoom crushes his heart and they both become the new leaders of the League of assassins.
