Ban finally got back to the tavern, letting himself fall in the fresh grass as soon as he reached the place. Meliodas looked at the undead man oddly, shrugging and just carrying his fruit basket inside.

Elizabeth rushed out and helped Ban up, walking him inside. "Are you okay sir Ban? Are you in pain?" She asked many more questions, he just smirked as always. "Princess, I'm always fine. Now stop worrying about me and get your man, will ya?"

She nods and just as the words finished rolling off Ban's tongue, the blonde hair devil appeared beside Elizabeth, groping her boobs tightly, enough to make the girl squeak. She blushed a deep shade of red and hid her face. The oversized man laughed as these actions were common to everyone here by now.

The captain stopped his usual show and finally went back to work, a small smirk on his lips as he was satisfied with himself, yet again. Ban shook his head with a chuckled. " Anyways, you might want to back to work, princess." He said in his usual tone.

The princess nodded, turning around and headed to the kitchen to get a task assigned to her. Ban slowly lifted his extra long legs, getting back up by jumping. He stretched out and yawned his animal-like teeth exposed.

Then, a thought ran through his mind. "Where is King?" He said, looking towards the bar. Meliodas shrugged. "I don't know, haven't seen him since this morning. After I and Elizabeth took over, he left saying he wanted to go take a breath of air. Now that I think of it, that was a few hours ago...."

Ban raised an eyebrow, leaning in towards Meliodas even though he wasn't beside him. "Did he not say anything about the location?" The captain shook his head. The fox sin brushed his hair back and passed the door again. "I'll go out to look for that fairy. Be back later."

He took a few steps out, looking around a bit. After three seconds he sighed and curled up in a ball. "Elaine~ Where is that brother of yours? He could be anywhere! I can't fly..." He wined out.

A few seconds later, a small breeze lifted out of nowhere. Leaves flew int the direction of the breeze. "I really hope you are making this happen, Elaine. I really need to find him. After what He said, I am worried."

Ban walked in the direction the leaves flew in, hoping he wasn't wrong. He picked up the pace, beginning to take the pace of slow jogging. He kept his ears and eyes wide open, not wanting to miss any small detail.

He could hear every bird chirping, every insect buzzing, and the leaves rustle from the new small breeze. His eyes seemed to focus on a wider image than just the simple center. His senses seemed more alert than always.

He looked everywhere to find any signs of fairy-like passage. Looking for broken branches, footprints, squished grass... Anything to show a presence.

A whimper. He heard a faint, far way whimper. No ordinary person would have heard it. He headed towards the direction in which he believed to hear the noise. It wasn't as easy at it seemed as it was so short and quiet that it could have come from anywhere.

-

King finished rinsing his arms, whimpering a tiny bit when the water hit his fresh cuts as it was extremely cold that day for some odd reason. He covered his wounded arms, no longer bleeding, with his hoodie sleeves.

He made Chastiefol turn into its usual pillow, the blood dripping from the spear end disappearing due to the form change. There were droplets of blood here and there, spread out on the green grass.

King smiled again, as he always did after his acts. He laid on his pillow, floating upward. He took deep breaths of the fresh spring air, looking around lazily. At first, he didn't pay attention to any detail. But when his eyes passed over a certain tacky red outfit not so far from where he was originally, he panicked a bit.
