It was another early Saturday morning, and you were once again trying to beat the same boss you had for the entire week.

Your old PS2 wasn't going to be able to take much more of this abuse, much less the controller you were slamming your fingers into mercilessly.

Praising yourself for having used the typewriter you had found not only three yards from the current boss fight, you died. Again.

Growling through your teeth, you continued trying until you finally, finally, made your ending blow. Throwing your hands into the air while simultaneously letting go of your controller, you breathed out one final sigh of relief.

You had finally done it. The game you had strived to beat for the past year was finally over.
After watching the final credits roll, you got up from your comfortable seat and turned off your Play Station.

Turning off the lights downstairs and heading upstairs, you began to feel dizzy. Closing the basement door was the last thing you remembered before blacking out.
