Marinette's pov:
The sun disappeared and the moon took it places when we finally arrived home. I ordered pizza and we yet again had an awkward dinner.
He then excused himself and went to the kitchen. I knew that something was wrong with him but I also knew that if he wants to talk to me about it he would already done that.
I heard that he was speaking with someone so I peeked into the kitchen, he was on his phone.
- Yes, a man with black hair and red eyes. And he was also a vampire....No, don't worry dad. I'm fine......mostly.
After this I left, I don't want to eardrop on their conversation.
I went to my room and checked my phone seeing that I got a new message.
It was a dinner invitation from Mr.Agreste, he wanted me to meet his family since I will work close to him.
I was about to write back when a pair of arms wrapped around me and I could tell that it wasn't Chat's.
- Well now, Princess. I believe we have some unfinished business.- It was the man with red eyes. He grabbed me and lifted my chin with one hand while with other caressed my cheeks.
I stepped hard on his foot and called for Chat. He rushed to me and yet again tackled the guy down. This time he didn't freeze as they began fighting.
