hoseok hasn't left his house in 7 years. he hasn't seen any reason to leave his house ever again after moving away from his abusive parents as soon as he turned 18 with all the money he's been saving up for the past two years from his jobs. as soon as he bought his house, he stayed inside as he was scared of people. he was scared of everyone. his parents had made him so afraid of everyone else; he thought that anyone could be abusive and hurt him like that.

hoseok spent his time reading, writing songs, watching movies, and especially dancing. he kept himself occupied in his small, cosy, one-floored house. of course, there was one thing that made him stay up late every night just wondering about. he wondered about love, what it was and why it made people so crazy or so happy. but he had stayed away from the whole 'love' concept. he was so scared of it. he had been pretty happy for the past 7 years and he didn't want it to be ruined over some pretty boy.

hoseok sometimes spent his time looking out the window, just wishing he could trust people, sometimes getting the urge to go outside, but he would push away the want, just getting too scared.

one day, there was a very handsome boy that caught his eye. he didn't know what it was. maybe his bright purple hair, maybe his deep brown eyes, maybe his plump lips, he wasn't sure. but the man made him feel something, an urge more strong than ever before to go outside. he couldn't find the courage to go outside, but he needed that man. he thought for a few seconds that maybe all the romance movies were hurting him, but he tried to get rid of that thought.

he ran to grab a washable marker and wrote his number on the window, hoping the man would see from the bench he was sitting on. soon, the man looked at the window, but didn't pull out his phone to put the number in. he quickly peeked out of the curtains to write,
