Fern felt aggravated with the tone Bellamy used. He was patronising her and she couldn't stand it.
She took a step forward and poked him hard in the chest. "I came down here for the same reason you did. So I'm warning you, don't you ever try to tell me what to do concerning my brother. My brother, my responsibility, got it?"
My chest was heaving now as I stared up at Bellamy not really caring that he had a weapon and I didn't.
To my surprise, a grin spread across his face. "You're kind of sexy when you're mad you know."
