“TRAYY GET UP IT'S TIME FOR SCHOOL” Thats my mom yelling from the front of the shed yeap that's right I said shed.I've been homeless since I was born just my mom and I a lot of people ask how come you look nothing like your mom? or Where's your dad?.Well I honestly don't know the answer to either of those all I know is- “TREY LETS GO!” trey mom yells. I sometimes hate life “Coming mom! I said putting on my shoes”. “Don't forget your lunch” my mom said in a nice country voice.We live in Canoe Alabama it's a beautiful place I just don't get to do a lot of things cause of school and field work. “Hey Trey! Ready for school buddy” my bestfriend Jade said Jade’s been my best friend since Pre-K were both homeless and live on the same campground that the government provided.You know i'm ready! I said cheerfully as possible “Good cause here comes Jack” she said laughing Jade is the prettiest girl I know she has pretty light skin, the most prettiest brown eyes i've ever seen, and the nicest body for a 6th grader only thing different she had nice clothing because a lady granddaughter moved and could no longer fit nor did she want the shoes and clothes- “YOO JACK MY BOYYY” the one thing I hate about Jack is...he dates Jade"Wassup bro" I said with a fake smile hoping he didn't notice “Yo you heard who's back for the last day of school?” he said wrapping his arm around Jade  “No I haven't heard but who's back?” I asked trying to get the sun out my eyes I really hate the sun “Big Boy Quan” he said looking at me with no facial expression “WHAT BIG BOY QUAN!” I said with a loud cry” Our last day was supposed to be the best”.Big Boy Qua has been our bully since 3rd grade "why was you at nuatica house yesterday thought I forgot or didn't see you!" Jade said jerking from under Jake’s arm. “Nothing now let's go because it's almost the end of homeroom” he said running inside the school.Jade and I looked at each other and ran behind him.”Look at what we got here” I knew that voice from anywhere and apparently Jade did to cause she looked at me with fear eye her eyes.We froze in place in the hall no one was in the hall everyone was upstairs in the auditorium.”So yall thought I was gone gone huh?” the voice said in a mean but something- “Quan!” Jack said in a trembling voice.Jade and I quickly over to the left where he was standing.”What do you want!” Jade said in a fearless voice Jade wasn't really scared of Quan I mean he never locked her a bathroom stall, put her head in a toilet nor did her give her wedges or chase her with a bike.”Oh Jadeee you still hanging with these worthless homeless losers?” he said with a big smirk .”I'm homeless as well and so what he's homeless so am I now leave us alone” she said over her fear of Quan “Yea leave us alone” Jack and I said standing behind her.”Yall got some nerve and Jade you're too pretty to be hanging with these dorks but that's your choice i'll catch you guys later” he said pushing Jack and I to the floor.”I really hate him!” Jade said helping us up, “You know what how bout we just skip the last day today no one would even care!” I said voice trembling trying to fight my tears.”Yea maybe we should” said Jade and Jack.We looked around and hurried to the side door facing the woods and took off towards the woods.When we first became friends we built a treehouse in these woods to get away from people that want to harm us or when we are sad.We pulled the vein and a wooded small square like box cam down we opened the door and got in.It takes all of us to pull the veins to lift us up to the tree house.I guess you're wondering how we built a treehouse and got the things to build it.Well everything was found in the woods the viens the trees we found we the people came to cut down trees they gave us a lot of wood.”Jade I have to talk to you I said staring at her, also why do you hang around us??” she stared as if i had punched her in the chest “Why wouldn't I hang with you guys! She said face turning red she glanced over at Jack and began to cry.”I felt really bad so I said why are you crying?” I said with a voice trying not to feel to bad."I hate being poor I hate seeing you guys get picked on I wish everyone would just leave homeless kids alone and not pick and I don't understand because no one picks on me and I have nothing but they pick on you guys...and Jack I know your cheating and that's ok because it's over!!!!." She got out the tree house and started to run I ran behind her because she wasn't going back towards the school she was going deeper in the woods!. Jack sat there shocked at the fact she went off the way she did. *Few minutes later she stops* "Why are you so upset at us?" I said walking up behind her. She turned around and hugged me "I'm sorry it's just I was holding in so much half the stuff I said isn't true I don't wanna break up with jack but I do wish quan would leave y'all alone" she wipes her face and laughed "I ran pretty far huh?" I laughed really hard "yeah you did, come on let's go back home I'm pretty tired we'll tell them School let out early" we walked back jack meet us half way threw the trail "whew I was getting worried y'all was lost, he looked at Jade you ok now?" He said looking scared she'd snap again." Yea I'm fine I jus needed a little run" we laughed and began to walk home. *Moments Later* "Tray who's that man in all black your mom's talking to?" Jade said looking curiously at the man. The man smiled and waved at me I stared like who are you?? But by the time I made it to our shed he speeded off."Mom, who was that??" I said starring at his nice car. She looked at me quickly as if she was hiding something "O no one hunny jus some government Guy asking about the she'd that burned down months ago" I looked at her I knew something was up but I payed no attention "O ok what's for lunch?" I said walking in and waving bye to Jack and Jade."Today your eating a sandwich because I have to go with the government Guy to pick up some more things for our shed we want to make it home" she said smiling. I always wondered why she had hazel eyes and mines was A ocean blue I had black curly hair she had blonde straight hair but I never questioned it after I learned at school that I could have gotten my looks from people that lived years ago.time flew by fast the sun was already down by the time momma got home. "What the?" I said waking up to walk close to the kitchen I held up my lamp "mom is that you? Why are you coming in so slowly like I can't hear you." I said looking at her like she's crazy."Hush now child did you eat your dinner I left over the mini fire out back?" She said sitting in the little chair by the door."yes ma'am but why are you coming home so late and its-" I glance at the clock "9:56pm mom what's going on you've been acting funny since I told you I had a friend who lived in Atlanta that I wanted to visit". She looked up in a mean evil way "Didn't I tell you you can go anywhere but NO WHERE NEAR ATLANTA GA OR ANYWHERE IN A GEORGIA!?!?!" She yelled I backed back because I never seen her get this mad "im sorry mom...I think I'm gonna go to bed".I turned and went to my pallet and lied down and turn towards the wall so that she wouldn't see me crying nor hear.
