It is summer time here in Jersey, and every year we have the annual Rucker Park Basketball Game/Cookout. I usually don't attend the basketball part, only the cookout, because Uncle Jay is always battling in the rib cook- off. Kadisha convinced me to go because Damion and Nody were going to be there. Of course, she swore they would want us there cheering them on. I decided to call my cousin Nina to tag along because we hadn't got to kick it in a while. Nina is Uncle Jay's daughter, she's practically my sister. We were raised together. She has her own apartment in Harlem and she works all the time at her boutique, so we barely get to see each other. We are currently all at my place getting ready and taking pictures to post on Instagram. I logged into my Instagram to see I had a friend request. It was Damion, looking delicious. I wanted to scream because he actually added me.

I instantly double tapped the photo, and continued getting ready with the girls. After we all got ready, we decided to take photos and post them.

"Y'all Damion commented on my picture." I said, showing them smiling widely and as they showed me, Nody and Dez commented.
We hopped in Nina's car and headed to the park.
"So y'all hitting the after party up I heard it was gone be at Club Luv and its gone be lit." Nina said.
I just shook my head because even if I did say no they were going to either drag me, or get me to go willingly. We pulled up to the park and soon as we walked up all eyes were on Nina and Isha, of course. I don't know why I wore this short skirt. They claim it made me look thicker than usual. I had my down walking up the bleachers and something hard hit my chest. I looked up to face the one and only Damion.
