Before even time existed, there was a God who dreamt of creating life forms who would be blessed to resemble His image, thus creating humans. In order to foster peace and maintain the structure among them, God made divine beings that would soon be known as the guardians of the Gate of Auraega. Above all else, Life and Death became the beginning and the end of a thread connecting the mortals and the gods. It created a fine line with the main purpose of balancing the skies and the earth, but one step beyond it would wave unimaginable distraction.

The one and only thing that gods and mortals share is love, an unexplainable phenomenon that can exceed all boundaries. Thus, Life found her meaning in Death, and in exchange, Death has found significance in the presence of Life. Yet their love is supposed to be tangled in Destiny's threads.

So in return Life asked Death, "Is this worth it?"

And Death says with finality, "It will always be worth it. You told me we are created for the greater good, why stop me now?".

 The threads were cut.
