To answer, say: Hace bien tiempo
(The weather is good)
Or
Hace muy mal tiempo hoy
(The weather is very bad today)

° Hace Sol: Its sunny
° Hace (Mucho) viento: Its very windy
° Está Nevando / Nieva: Its snowing
(Snow)
° Está Nublado: Its cloudy
° Hace (Mucho) Frio: Its very cold
° Hace (Mucho) Calor: It's very hot
Examples:
En Miami, Florida, Está Nublado
En Madrid, Hace Sol
En San Antonio, hace calor y esta nublado.
