Meeting Hak and Yona

Y/n's P.O.V

I was a beautiful girl, or so people said. I would never be as beautiful as princess Yona. I was slightly poor, so I sat out in the streets to get money. I was given some, but mostly by guys who thought I was attractive. One day it got worse than I thought would ever happen.

A group of gang guys ganged up on me (ha! Get it? No? Just me..okay..)

"Hey beautiful, wanna hang out with us and have some fun?" One of the guys said seductively,

"I-um, no thank you, I think I'm alright." I stuttered.

"But darling, we could get you money, you're poor and you know it, wouldn't you like some more cash?" The guy pushed on as he grabbed my arm.

"N-no! L-let me go!" I screamed, trying to yank my arm way.

"Now you've done it sweetheart~ you're a feisty one aren't you? We'll make sure to treat you right." He said in my ear and held a knife to my neck.

"H-help...someone..please.." I thought as I started to cry.

"Hey! You know it's not nice to treat a lady that way!"
Said a new voice. He had raven hair and blue eyes. He was holding some sort of staff. My eyes widen as I see the intense look in his eyes.

"H-he looks so scary." I thought.

"Just who the hell do you think you're talking to?" One of the gang boys said.

"A bunch of scum, that's who." He stayed with no emotion.

"Eh!? Why you bastard!" The same guy yelled as he threw a punch at the boy. The boy swiftly dodged the attack and knocked him out with his staff. I watched him in awe, I liked weapons, but I never thought about getting one. All of that has changed? Now I want a weapon more than ever. Like a bow or a sword, or both!

The other two gang boys went to attack the boy. With one sweep of his staff , wind knocked back the boys into a wall. The guy holding me quickly let go.

"Y-you're crazy man! You'll regret this! For now we retreat boys!" He called as he grabbed his comrades and ran . I was sitting on the ground rubbing my arm, it hurt a lot.

"Hey, you alright?" He Asks with kind eyes. (Picture above)

"U-Um yeah! That was so cool! Thank you for saving me...um.." my sentence drifted off.

"The names Hak. What's yours?" He asks.

"Y/n L/N. Pleased to meet you! I would like to learn how to fight with weapons too!" I said excitedly. Never have I been so confident. I was always shy and scared to fight back. But all of that has changed, thanks to Hak, he's showed me a new and exciting way of life.

"I don't know Y/n, you seem like a pretty shy girl..are you sure you'd be able to fight?" Hak asks.

Is he seriously being Sexist?!

"Of course I can fight! I may not have been confident in my skills earlier, but I've changed my ways thanks to you Hak! You've showed me a new and exciting side of life. So..please?" I pleaded.

Hak slightly blushed at my new confidence, but shook it off.

"Alright then, join me and Yona in the search for the four dragons to stop Yona's evil cousin." Hak states.
