"This is my stop." You told the taxi driver as he parked next to the curb and you handed him the money before getting out.
You watched as he drove off before you tied your hair back, turning to the high school behind, or to the girl that walked out in her uniform towards you.
Her short black hair bobbed as she walked forward and you watched as she pulled out a cigarette from her pocket and placed it between her lips, lighting it.
When she was finally standing in front of you, you pulled out out the cigarette from between her lips and threw it to the concrete ground, earning a growl from her.
"Give me my gloves, Eun bi." You ordered as she produced a pair of black groves from her bag, followed by a mouth mask and sunglasses, all black. "Who's up?"
"Kim Joon-beok, 49, a patient at Seoul Eunpyeong Hospital located just a few meters from here." She said as she tied her hair back, pulling out her phone. "Make it quick. We'll head to Tae-woon in twenty minutes."
You set the timer on your hand watch for twenty minutes, heading down the street to the hospital your younger sister mentioned. As you walked, your eyes scanned the CCTVs around, making sure to only walk in the blind spots where the camera couldn't see you.
You arrived at the hospital five minutes later, turning on the fire alarm at the first floor as soon as you got inside. Kim Joon-beok was in the third floor, so the fire alarm would act as a distraction so your mission can run softly.
You bolted up the stairs, fully aware that there weren't any cameras there. Your watch beeped, signaling that you only had ten minutes left.
Walking to the hospital room that Eun bi told you about, you watched as patient Joon-beok turned his attention to you in confusion.
You picked up the clipboard next to the hospital bed where he was lying down, chuckling darkly as you read the contents before slamming it back down. "I see you got stabbed, Beokie."
The fifty year old man stared at you in confusion, his eyes darkening as he scanned your face. "You look familiar. Who are you?"
"Ouch," You spoke in a fake pained tone, looking at the man as you sat down on the bed. "Don't tell me you forgot my brother's face already after you cold-bloodedly shattered his skull with a hammer. It should be an every day thing for yoy, though, so I see why it didn't stick in your memories."
"Oh, you mean that little thief? Right, I killed him so what do you want?" He spoke in the most emotionless voice you've ever heard.
"Your blood, your soul, your life, basically everything you took from my brother." You smiled and he laughed darkly as if challenging you to try.
His smile showed what he didn't say, that this twenty year old girl was in no way capable of what she claimed she was.
His smile dissipated as soon as you pulled out a gun from your pocket, its metal shining in your hand. "This little pretty thing got rid of your seven other friends that were responsible for Chang-seon's death, now it'll get rid of you too."
He opened his mouth to speak, to say his last words, but they didn't come, because the bullet that fired out of the piece of metal in your hand and shot into his skull didn't allow him to do so.

"Eight murders so far. Eight all shot in the head and we still can't find who." Tae-woon stood in his police uniform beside you, running fingers through his hair in frustration.
Tae-woon was your childhood best friend, the person you trusted the most, he was the person who protected you and Eun bi in your brother's and parents' stead.
He was also a police officer.
"If he had a gun then maybe he was one of the higher ups in the government since the possession of guns is banned and all." You sipped your lemonade as you sat next to him, watching as he shook his head.
"If it was he could've sent his men to finish all eight, but why two killings each month? It seems like it was done by only one person too."
"I don't know. Maybe it's someone who doesn't trust the police."
Tae-woon turned to you with a smile on his face as he nudged your shoulder with his. "Maybe, but you trust me, right?"
You scoffed as you nudged him back and got up. "Why are you asking questions you already know the answers to? And what's up with the kindergarten attitude?"
You walked away, Tae-woon following behind with a smile still on his face.
You trusted the Tae-woon that you knew, the one that has been your best friend for eleven years, but not the Officer Tae-woon who solved murders and framed the wrong people when he was ordered to do so.
It wasn't in his hands, but that made you hate them even more; the police, the government, the higher ups.
All those who had power, but not a single one bothered to bring your brother justice.
