Everyone on this world has a power, the most being two. These's powers are called 'Serendipity'. Because of these powers, there are two sides, heroes and villains. There are no schools for villains (obviously) but there are academies for the heroes. Some 'debut' at a young age, the youngest age would be age 16.
In this world, there are also rankings, based on how many criminals each caught, their skill set, their social skills, and the people's opinion about them. Villain rankings are pretty obvious, but the more wanted you are, the higher the ranking.
