Avni is lying lifeless on road...A crowd gathered on the spot.Some people started abusing and hitting the truck driver.
Peoples started discussing about accident....

Person- Oh guys see what happened to that girl.....

Person 2- We must help her.....

Person 3- Someone please call the ambulance....

Person 4- Oh my god we should immediately take her to the hospital and please someone inform the police...

Person 5- Look her name is Avni and this is her phone I should inform her parents.... Hello who is speaking there

Neela- Hello Av....hello who is there? Where is Avni? Who are you?

Person 5- Hello, I wanted to inform you that Avni had faced an accident and she is in xyz hospital..... Please come as soon as possible....

Neela- What?....... (tears started flowing from her eyes) I am coming...

Ashish- Neela what happened? Who is on line? Why are you crying?

Neela- Ashish, Avni met with an accident.... I have to go.... Please....

Ashish - What?... Wait I am also coming with you......

They reached hospital....

Neela to Receptionist

Neela- Avni...Avni Mehta...

Receptionist- Mam room no.204.

They reached Avni's room....After sometime.... Doctor comes out....

Ashish- Doctor what happened? How is my daughter? She is fine na?

Doctor- You both are her parents....

Ashish- Yes I am her father and she is her mother...but what happened doctor?

Doctor- You both come into my cabin...I have to tell you something.....

They both went to doctor's cabin....

Doctor- So, you both listen to me very carefully.....

Neela- Doctor, everything is fine na? My daughter is fine na? Is anything serious?

Doctor- Actually mam, because of that accident nothing physically happens to your daughter... it's just small injuries on her body....but

Ashish- But?

Doctor- Because of that accident she had a brain injury....and because of that injury , she is suffering from Dissociative and psychogenic amnesia..Dissociative disorders are mental illnesses that involve disruptions or breakdowns of memory, consciousness, awareness, identity, and/or perception. Dissociative amnesia is not the same as simple amnesia, which involves a loss of information from memory, usually as the result of disease or injury to the brain. With dissociative amnesia, the memories still exist but are deeply buried within the person's mind and cannot be recalled. However, the memories might resurface on their own or after being triggered by something in the person's surroundings. So she is not able to remember anything from recent past.....

Ashish (shocked)- Doctor, how it can be cured?

Doctor- It don't have any cure..... sometimes it occurs for a period of time ranging from hours to years, and sometimes forever....

Neela (crying)- Will my daughter is able to remember me?

Doctor- I don't know.... it's depend upon her consciousness.....we have to wait till she become conscious.....

Neela- Can I see her?

Doctor- Yes you can..... But please don't disturb the patient.....Sir you please stay here I have to tell you something about medicines....mam you please go....

Ashish- Neela you go, I am coming....

Neela- Hmm...

Neela leaves from there.....

Doctor- Mr. Ashish I have to tell you a very important thing.....but I didn't because mam is sitting there....

Ashish- What happened doctor? Everything is fine na?

Doctor- Yeah but i have to tell you something about this disorder...
Dissociative amnesia has been linked to overwhelming stress, which might be the result of traumatic events, that the person has experienced or witnessed. And according to it, I think that the patient is suffering from any stress or trauma....do you know something about it?

Ashish- No doctor....Avni is always like a cheerful child, she is so good in studies also....her friends are very cooperative and supporting.....I don't know why she is in stress....I don't know what happened to my daughter?( crying)

Doctor- It's ok, Mr. Mehta.....but please when patient will become conscious, please don't cry and panick in front of her, let her be happy , let her smile , talk to her normally.....and give her happiness as much as you can.....

Ashish- Hmmm.....
