forgotten who you are.
Forgotten you were raised
to be a rising star.
Because you wanted to be approved,
to cool for school,
once
everyone liked you,
but you were outruled.
You stayed in the same town,
same childish ways.
As everyone grew up
you stayed the same.
Everyone had finished school,
had great jobs.
While

were just the same
selfish old slob.
As they lived their successful lives
you wanted it to,
but your chance was long gone
and forgotten was you.
